Objective: To investigate the matter of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer clinical diagnosis practice significance of pleural effusion of lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion and serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cancer antigen 125(CA125),ferritin(ferritin),neuron specific enolase(NSE)etc.tumor markers, thus for related clinical research and treatment practice provide reference. Methods: During the January 2010 to December 2012,63 cases of lung cancer patients were selected in our hospital as the research object. The levels and the positive detection rate of CEA,CA125,Ferritin,NSE in serum and pleural effusion of patients were compared.Results:(1)The Content level of various tumor markers in pleural effusion of object of study were higher than those of the serum levels, and the difference was statistically significant;(2)The positive rate of pleural effusion in four tumor mark of combined detection were higher than the level of serum positive rate, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The positive rate of tumor markers in pleural effusion of lung cancer patients is higher than that in the serum of patients. In the process of clinical diagnosis of lung cancer patients with pleural effusion.
