In2012China public hospital a total of2200000000outpatients,250000000private hospitals, visible public hospital is the main Chinese medical service. The2009reform of medicalinsurance system, cancel the drug addition, over the past4years, the reform hasachieved the anticipated target? All sorts of health-care reform under the pressure ofpublic hospitals and especially the hospital is facing enormous financial pressure,how to break the medical insurance fund limited amount limitation, expanding thesources of hospital funds scope, solve the problem of shortage of funds generallyexist in the public hospital, how to through the analysis and control of economicindicators of hospital, by means of financial management of hospital operationcondition, use the limited funds to maintain the operation and development of thehospital is two questions to be discussed in this paper.
