Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Non - Traumatic Femoral Head Necrosis By Modified Huoxuetongluo Decoction After Decompression And Decompression Of Core

Objective:Observing the clinical treatment effect of using Huoxue Tongluo Decoction to treat early Non traumatic ANFH after intramedullary decompression associate with bone grafting, to improve the clinical efficiency, and to explore its mechanism of action; Provide strong evidence for the effectiveness of traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:50patients were divided into two groups in random.All the cases were given drug on days2after the operation of intramedullary decompression associate with bone grafting,the patients of treatment group were given Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(provided by the hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine), take this medicine with warm water at half an hour after three meals,every time has150ml. The patients of control group were given xian ling gu bao capsule (prouduced by Guizhou Tong ji tang Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd, the country medicine accurating is220025337), take this medicine with warm water at half an hour after morning and evening meal, every time has3capsule.1course of treatment has4weeks,take medicine without interruption for2course of treatment. To judge the effectiveness at1st and2nd course of treatment respectively.Result:The pain score between the two groups:after1month’s treatment, P>0.05, with no significant difference in effect between the treatment group and the control group. after2month’s treatment, P<0.05, with significant difference in effect between the treatment group and the control group. the effect of treatment group is better than Xian ling gu bao capsule. Functional score between the two groups:after1month’s treatment, P>0.05, with no significant difference in effect between the treatment group and the control group. after2month’s treatment, P>0.05, with no significant difference in effect between the treatment group and the control group. The scope of activities score between the two groups:after1month’s treatment, P>0.05, with no significant difference in effect between the treatment group and the control group. after2month’s treatment, P<0.05, with significant difference in effect between the treatment group and the control group. the effect of treatment group is better than Xian ling gu bao capsule. The score of comprehensive integration:after1month’s treatment, P>0.05, with no significant difference in effect between the treatment group and the control group. after2month’s treatment, P>0.05, with no significant difference in effect between the treatment group and the control group. The score of total efficiency:P<0.05, with no significant difference in effect between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Huoxue Tongluo Decoction can effectively improve the strands of Harris scores in patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head,its effect is better than Xian ling gu bao capsule in pain relief and improved range of motion, and its effect is quite the same as Xian ling gu bao capsule in total efficiency and comprehensive integration.
