Research On Mechanism Of The Treatment Of Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head By Chinese Herbal Medicine

Objective: This thesis expounds a new method that can result in avascular necrosis of femoral head (ANFH) of the rat by taking in cigarette and alcohol and does some research on the functional mechanism of TNF- α, iNOS in ANFH.The thesis also demonstrates the positive influence of Huo Xue Tong Mai decoction on ANFH repairing by improving the expression of immunity factor and promoting the rehabilitation of blood vessel in femoral head.Methods: Pathologic rat models with ANFH were set up with the methods of drinking,smoking,and the combination of drinking and smoking by three groups of rats respectively .The models were treated with Huo Xue Tong Mai decoction.Then observe the relevant indexes including TNF- α and iNOS,and observe the pathologic changes of issue under optical microscope and electron microscope.Results:The relevant indexes of the model group including TNF- α in blood serum and the femoral heads and iNOS illuminate that cigarette and alcohol can cause negative changes of immunity factor in femoral heads and even the whole body of rats to induced ANFH.By using optical microscope and electron microscope we can observe the necrosis of the femoral heads.The remedy in the treated group ameliorated above indexes.Conclusion:The results of the experiment showed that the development of pathologic rat models with ANFH is comparatively successful and reliable.The functional mechanism of Huo Xue Tong Mai decoction may have close relationship with its function of ameliorating the status of immunity factor in blood serum and femoral heads.
