Objective:The rf performed in combination with ozone ablation treatment oflumbar disc prolapse clinical curative effect of nucleus pulposus.Materials and methods: Collected60cases of patients with lumbar discprolapse, according to the random table method was divided into three groups, each group20cases were randomized into the observation group, control group1and control2group.Observation group under the line C arm machine localization,by rf needle into the disc to a multi-purpose, the method of directly on thedisc decompression in the target, target ozone ablation.Control1group adoptsradio frequency hot condensate, compare two groups using ozone ablationtreatment of lumbar intervertebral disk.Comparison of three groups of patientswith preoperative and postoperative VAS score and efficient. Results:ObservationgroupofpatientswithpostoperativeVASscorehigherthanthe control1group and control group2, three groups are statisticallysignificant difference (P <0.05).1month and2months in patients withpostoperative follow-up regularly, efficient observation group was obviouslyhigher than that of control1group and control group2, three groups arestatistically significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:Using radiofrequency ablation in combination with ozone ablationof nucleus pulposus, intervertebral disc decompression can effectively, reducethe outstanding between plate to the appropriate segmental nerve roots, duralsac, compression of the spinal cord, relieve patients’ pain, curative effectand, indeed, is worth further promotion, and radiofrequency ablation and theclinical effect of combined application of nucleus pulposus of ozone ablationis superior to the single operation. But its long-term effect remains to be seen.
