Objects:To observe the clinical effect of ozone ablation combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and pure ozone ablation of the two methods in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, therapeutic effect evaluation of the treatment method of lumbar disc herniation, provide the basis for clinical application.Methods:80cases of lumbar disc herniation patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with target ozone ablation with radiofrequency thermocoagulation for treatment, the control group treated with ozone ablation treatment, after treatment with MacNab score, F wave conduction velocity were evaluated before and after treatment.Result:①The clinical efficacy. The treatment group was29cases, effective9cases, invalid2cases, the control group13cases, effective2cases, invalid5cases, the clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group (u=1299.500, P=0.0001).②EMG F wave velocity. In2groups before treatment in patients with common peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve EMG F wave conduction velocity, there were no significant differences in[(21.725±3.218)m/s,(21.475±3.178)m/s, t=0.316, P=0.753;(19.950±2.900)m/s,(19.750±3.028)m/s, t=1.818, P=0.0771]; Set of common peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve EMGF wave conduction velocity treatment were higher than those of the control group after treatment[(48.900±4.733)m/s,(39.000±4.669)m/s, t=106.030, P=0.000;(44.200±2.928)m/s,(34.025±2.885)m/s, t=60.741, P=0.0001].Conclusion:Ozone ablation with radiofrequency thermocoagulation can effectively relieve the lumbar disc herniation in patients with clinical symptoms, improve nerve function, curative effect is better than that of pure ozone ablation treatment.
