Ozone Joint Effect Of Radiofrequency Ablation Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:choose reasonable statistical analysis method and evaluate ablation therapy of ozone with radiofrequency in patients with lumbar disc prolapse treatment effect and the main influence factors.Method:according to the criteria for the diagnosis of lumbar disc prolapse, strictly grasp the indications and contraindications, basing on the unified inclusive and exclusive criteria, collected155affiliated orthopaedic and pain patients in July2012-October2013in yangquan mainly people’s hospital in Shanxi province cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse, conservative treatment group74cases, surgery treatment group48cases, ozone joint radiofrequency ablation treatment group (33cases). Based on three groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative1day, after1week, after1month,3months postoperatively,6months after surgery VAS score and Macnab score, measure the VAS score by the methos of repeated data analysis of variance and Cox regression method.Result:By the single factor analysis, three kinds of treatments for patients with lumbar protrusion of the age, body mass index, distribution of professional basic similar, the main highlight part before treatment, pain in the intervertebral disc is given priority to with L4L5, whether with vertebral side pressure and the straight leg-raising test results comparison, still can’t believe that there are differences between the three groups. And comparison of three groups of patients with rank test,χ2=93.594, P<0.05shows three groups of patients’ distribution of difference is significant, and combined treatment group patients has shortest duration, which is only about half a year, and group patients with surgery had longer duration that average time is about three years,and conservative treatment group has average time about one year. By comparing the time in hospital, it shows χ2=8.876, P<0.001, the difference was statistically significant, that is to say between the three groups of patients with combined treatment group patients in the hospital has the shortest time about four days on aerage,and the longest treatment group patients in the hospital to surgery has an average of19days in hospital. Three kinds of treatments for patients’degree with intervertebral herniation of disc and diagnosis has the significant difference.By step by step selection of multiariable Cox regression analysis(αλ=0.05α出=0.10), it shows that the treatment and diagnosis is the factors influencing the treatment effect for patients with lumbar disc prolapsing. According to baseline data of patients’situation, patients diagnosed with prominent type is0.176times in curative effect of the type of bulging type of patients with lumbar disc. If diagnosis is unchangeable, surgery patients is2.27times in curative effect of the patients with conservative treatment, the curative effect of combination therapy is0.431times of patients with conservative treatment.Conclusion:The results show that in strictly controlling of the indications and contraindications, ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation treatment is short-term effective method to treat the patients of mild-to-moderate lumbar intervertebral disc. Shorter hospitalization time is one of its characteristics, but the long-term curative effect is not ideal. Especially for the patients with severe lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, the application of this treatment and evaluation has great limitations.
