Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction, Traditional Chinese Medicine Powder Combined With "standard Triple Therapy" To Improve The Eradication Rate Of Helicobacter Pylori And Reduce The Incidence Of Clinical Observation

OBJECTIVE:Observes the clinical curative effect "standard triple therapy"combined with decoction of Chinese medicine dialectical application or Chinesemedicine powder to improve the eradication rate of H. pylori and reduce therecurrence rate of H. pylori.METHODS:Application pragmatic randomized controlled clinical trial design,64patients with Hp positive patients, were randomly divided into group A, groupB, group C, group D with16cases in each, according to the central randomizationmethod.Patients in each group took medicine of standard triple therapy againstH. pylori for10days，after that，patients in group B took Chinese medicinepowder for2weeks，patients in group C took Chinese medicine dialecticalapplication for4weeks，and patients in group D took Chinese medicine dialecticalapplication for2weeks.Two weeks after the drug stopped, observe the clinicalsymptoms and medication safety.30days after stopping the drug, review ofH.pylori, PRO assessment, symptom assessment, SF-36assessment.6months afterstopping the drug, review of H.pylori.12months after stopping the drug, reviewof H.pylori.With wilcoxon rank sum test, four pairwise comparison,todetermination the clinical curative effect "standard triple therapy" combinedwith decoction of Chinese medicine dialectical application or Chinese medicinepowder to improve the eradication rate of H. pylori and reduce the recurrencerate of H. pylori.RESULTS：30days after stopping medicine, eradication rates of Group,A， B, Cand D, were75%,100%,93.75%,93.33%.6months after stopping medicine, fourgroups were all with no recurrence.12months after stopping medicine, Group A，B, C and D, recurrence rates were25%,0,0and0.Decoction or powder joint"standard triple therapy" has more effective than the "standard triple therapy"(P <0.05)."Standard triple therapy" combined with decoction of Chinesemedicine dialectical application and "standard triple therapy" combined withChinese medicine powder are undifferentiated (P>0.05)."Standard triple therapy" combined with decoction of Chinese medicine dialectical applicationfor4weeks and2weeks are undifferentiated (P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Chinese medicine decoction or powder joint "standard triple therapy"can increase eradication rate of H.pylori and reduce the relapse rate of that.
