Clinical Trial Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Quadruple Therapy To Improve The Eradication Rate Of Helicobacter Pylori In Patients With Chronic Gastritis

Background:Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis is a common disease in clinic,because of the lingering,and easy to repeated attacks,has gradually become the current research hot topics.Based on the current medical consensus,Hp is one of the pathogenic factor of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer,and also one of the initiating factors of gastric cancer.At present,there are many ways to eradicate Helicobacter pylori in patients with chronic gastritis,but the curative effect is not satisfactory.On the basis of western medicine,traditional Chinese that has unique dialectical advantage can be combined with different symptoms in different patients with symptomatic treatment,not only can improve the eradication rate of Hp,but also can reduce the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the patient's quality of life,and reduce the possibility of recurrence.Objective:Evaluation of the application of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical Decoction prescription combined with fixed quadruple therapy,improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in patients with chronic gastritis.Material and method:Used Randomized,controlled,single blind clinical trial design.SPSS16.0 software was used to calculate the number of cases,and 60 cases were used as the experimental samples.Consider no more than 20% of the exit rate,the total number of cases identified as 75 cases.Using the whole stratified group randomization method,sub-test group B,C,control group A.The experimental group was treated with western medicine quadruple combined with traditional Chinese medicine fixed prescription(anti-escort agent)for 14 days,western medicine quadruple combination with traditional Chinese medicine decoction(dialectical prescription)for 14 days;the control group was 14 days of western medicine quadruple therapy.Trial design,implementation,outcome evaluation division of labor,the outcome of the evaluation of those who do not know the allocation of intervention,third parties who do not participate in the treatment will evaluate the outcome.Results:1.The eradication rate of Hp: Group A four western medicine group was 84%,Group B and mixture combined with western medicine for the quadruple therapy group was 92%,Group C of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome prescription combined with Western medicine group was 88.0%.2.The Wilcoxon rank sum test(P < 0.05),three groups of drugs can significantly alleviate stomach discomfort symptoms(nausea and vomiting,stomach pain,bloating,belching,acid regurgitation,heartburn).The effect of Group B was the best,and there was no significant difference between A and C.3.To alleviate the symptoms of stomach,the Kruskal-Wall H rank test,P < 0.05 B,has the best results of the test group,the average rank score was significantly higher than that of group A and group C.The performance of three groups of drugs in nausea,vomiting,and belching heartburn symptoms,P < 0.05,the difference was not significant.4.PRO score comparison of the three groups: defecation in group B after treatment was superior to group A(P < 0.05),compared with the Group C,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);dyspepsia recovery in group B after treatment was better than that in group A(P < 0.05),comparison with the Group C and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);group B after treatment of the mental state in group A(P <0.05),compared with the Group C the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the overall status of Group B after treatment was superior to Group A(P < 0.05),comparison with the Group C and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);social function recovery in group B after treatment was better than Group A and Group C(P < 0.05);health satisfaction of Group B was better than Group A and Group C,Group A and Group C had no significant difference.5.Group B of drugs in improving the effect and difference of Group A and Group C were not obvious between the defecation dimensions is better than that of Group A and Group C;Group B in social function dimension,health satisfaction score changes,and there was no significant difference between Group A and Group C.Conclusion:Through research and analysis,three groups of test can effectively improve the eradication rate of Hp,but the difference between the three groups were not statistically significant,it cannot believe that traditional Chinese medicine combined with the mixture of quiet group is better than the other two treatments.However,it has obvious effect to relieve the symptoms of stomach pain and improve the quality of life of patients.It has some reference value for the future research in this field.
