A Study On The Regularity Of Childhood Cough By Ancient Literature

[Objective] Analyzing the regularities of drug use from the ancient medical book by data mining and to provide the reference for clinical medicine of TCM Pediatrics.[Methods] This article has embodied438prescriptions of infantile cough by searching and arranging18ancient medical books.Through data mining, like frequency analysis, cluster analysis and association rule, using software SPSS and Weka, the prescriptions were excavated and analyzed to find the regularities of drug use about infantile cough.[Results]1.The most common Chinese medicine are zhigancao, ginger, almond,pinellia, ginseng, aster, fuing, honey, ephedra, fritillaria, schisandra, platycodon grandiflorum, cassian twig, orange peel, morus alba, asarum, rhizoma zingiberis, radices ophiopogonis, bighead atractylodes rhizome, etc.2.The ranks of channel tropism in Chinese medicine are lung channel, stomach channel, liver meridian, spleen channel.3.This paper has analyzed6cluster group:group1includes asarum, rhizoma zingiberis, bighead atractylodes rhizome, schisandra, aster, cassian twig, platycodon grandiflorum and ephedra; group2includes fritillaria, radices ophiopogonis, platycodon grandiflorum, morus alba, orange peel, fuling and honey; group3includes ginseng; group4includes ginger and pinellia; group5includes almond; group6includes zhigancao.4. The common couplet medicines and medicine group were found by the method of association rules analysis.[Conclusion]1.The common drugs about infantile cough:Zhigancao, ginger, almond, pinellia, ginseng, aster, fuling, honey, ephedra, fritillaria, schisandra, tussilago, balloonflower, cassia twig, orange peel, morus alba, azarum, rhizome zingiberis, radix ophiopogonis, bighead atractylodes rhizome. 2.The ancients are following the therapy ideas of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, protecting the qi of spleen and stomach, emphasizing the treatment of phlegmatic hygrosis and retained fluid.3.The most common cause of infantile cough is the affection of exotenous wind-cold.Xiaoqinglong decoction is the most common decoction in clinic.4.The bighead atractylodes rhizome and ginseng, pinellia, rhizoma arisaematis and ginger, ephedra and almond, these three couplet medicines are the common couplet medicine in curing infantile cough; The fuling, bighead atractylodes rhizome and zhigancao, the ginseng, fuling, platycodon grandiflorum and zhigancao, these two drug groups are the common groups in clinic.
