Objective:To preliminarily evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Yiqi Shujin tang treating Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo with Qi deficiency and collateral stasis.Methods:55patients were randomly divided into treatment group28cases (Yiqi Shujin tang group) and control group (Flunarizine group)27cases. All the patients were in accordance with the inclusion criteria of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo with Qi deficiency and collateral stasis. Both the two groups were continuously treated for a4-week cycle. After treatment, observe and record the two groups clinical effect before and after treatment, TCM syndrome integral, hypersensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), blood fat and the change of cerebral blood flow velocity (TCD) indexes. At the same time, take the three routine and liver and kidney function as safety-test statistics. Results:The two groups had no difference in clinical effect and blood fat after treatment,(P>0.05). But compared with Flunarizine group before and after treatment, Yiqi Shujin tang group was better in symptom integral, hypersensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), cerebral blood flow velocity (TCD)(P<0.05or P<0.01). The two groups had no abnormal change on the three routine, liver and kidney function abnormal change. Conclusion:The Chinese medicine Yiqi Shujin tang and the western medicine Flunarizine both work when treating Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo with Qi deficiency and collateral stasis. But compared with Flunarizine before and after treatment, Yiqi Shujin tang group is better in symptom integral, hypersensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), cerebral blood flow velocity (TCD). It has good clinical effect and safety.
