grouP,indicating that huazhuodingxuan decoction could significantly im Prove the severity of vertigo in Patients with mild vertigo and im Prove the TCM syndrome score.Transcranial do PPler analysis: of BA and LVA in the two grouPs was increased com Pared with that before treatment in the same grouP,and the increase of the average blood flow velocity in the treatment grouP was more significant than that in the control grouP(P<0.05).After treatment,P > 0.05 was found in the comParison of RVA between the two grouPs after treatment and before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant.After treatment,the blood flow velocity of both LVA and BA increased,indicating that the decoction can effectively im Prove the blood flow velocity of the left vertebral artery and basilar grouP was more significant in im Proving Patients' blood liPid and reducing TC and TG.ComParison of homocysteine: before treatment,Hcy of the two grouPs showed no significant difference after t test,P>0.05,which was com Parable.After treatment,Hcy in the two grouPs was lower than that in the same grouP before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was also a significant difference in Hcy between the two grouPs after treatment(P<005),which suggested that the effect of the treatment grouP was more significant than that of the control grouP in reducing Hcy.This indicates that huazhuodingxuan decoction can effectively reduce the risk factors of cerebrovascular diseases and thus achieve the PurPose of Preventing Posterior circulation ischemia.ComParison of Plasma viscosity indexes before and after treatment between the two grouPs: before treatment,there was no significant difference in Plasma viscosity between the two grouPs(P>0.05),which was com Parable.After treatment,the Plasma viscosity of the two grouPs was lower than that of the same grouP before treatment(P<0.05).There was also a significant difference in Plasma viscosity between the treatment grouP and the control grouP after treatment(P<005),suggesting that the effect of the treatment grouP was more significant than that of the control grouP in reducing Plasma viscosity.This indicates that huazhuodingxuan decoction can effectively reduce Plasma viscosity and im Prove blood circulation.Two grouPs before and after treatment the comParison of su Peroxide dismutase(SOD): a definite theraPeutic effect in the treatment of Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo with mucous dePosition,which can significantly reduce the severity score of vertigo symPtoms and TCM syndrome score,regulate the level of blood liPid and blood viscosity,accelerate the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilia artery,and reduce the HCY index.The influence on SOD index is not clear.
