| Objective:Clinical observation on the use of clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction therapy in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke in patients with limbnumbness.Method:Selection of encephalopathy First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January to2014in December2014two,60patients, they were accorded with the diagnostic criteria, and associated with hospitalization in patients with different degree of limb numbness. The principle of random control were divided into two groups,treatment group and control group, treatment group and control group were given routinedrug treatment and rehabilitation of neural Department of internal medicine, massage therapy, and based on the treatment of primary disease with vitamin B1, B6, B12intramuscular injection, oral.20days a course of treatment.The treatment group in thecontrol group based on the use of Chinese medicine iontophoresis, safflower, angelica,Achyranthes bidentata, application of parasitic, activating blood rattan, Lycopodii herbmedicine such as boiled syrup, ions are directed into the use of low-frequency therapy apparatus, role in hemiplegic patients limb to reach the blood circulation, promote the recovery of limb function role. Observed before and after treatment in patients with limb numbness recovery.Results:(1) treatment group, control group, two groups of patients with CSS score and ADL score in comparison with before treatment, no significant difference.20days after treatment, two groups of CSS score and ADL score compared with the former has certain increased or decreased (P<0.05), CSS score and ADL score changes in the treatment group is more obvious than control group (P<0.01).(2) in treatment group, the control group of twogroups before treatment, numbness of the limbs score no significant difference after treatment,20days after treatment, the improvement of two groups of numbness scoreshave different degree (P<0.05), the treatment group effect of TCM syndromes numbnessimprovement is more significant than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction therapy in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke in patients with limb numbness, limb numbness patients can improve effectively the symptoms and improve the life quality of the patients. The use of Chinese medicineiontophoresis in the treatment group in improving the patient limb numbness symptoms,improve life quality, curative effect is obviously better than that of control group only received routine treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction therapy in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke in patients with limb numbness with significant curative effect, is worth popularizing widely clinical.
