Purpose:Through the observation of the supplementing qi and activating blood formulaclinical efficacy in patients after PCI, and accumulation of some clinical evidence forTraditional Chinese Medicine therapy research the supplementing qi and activating bloodformula in patients after coronary intervention, that demonstrate the advantages of Chinesemedicine for its treatment.Method:Choose from the January1,2011to May31,2013to the Affiliated Hospital ofLiaoning University of Traditional cardiovascular specialist which met the inclusion criteriafor PCI successful postoperative in60patients. They are randomly divided into control andtreatment groups. The control group for the routine treatment of Western Medicine (e.g.,anticoagulation, lipid-lowering, anti-platelet therapy, etc.).The treatment group receive thesupplementing qi and activating blood formula in Western conventional therapy (mainlycomposed of astragalus, salvia root, trichosanthes, scallion white, licorice, etc.), theobservation time is three months. Compared the changes in clinical symptoms, symptoms ofangina, nitroglycerin stop reducing rate, ECG, lipid levels and the quality of life of patientsbefore and after treatmentResults:1. After treatment, Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score decreasedsignificantly compared with the before treatment, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01); Comparison between the two groups, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01)2. After treatment, the overall efficacy of the treatment group Traditional Chinese Medicinesymptoms total efficiency is93.33%. The total efficiency of the control group is93.33%,.Comparison of the two groups, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05)3. After treatment, comparing with before treatment, the symptoms of angina attack frequency, duration, degree of pain, The difference is not statistically significant (P>0.05), Comparisonof the two groups, the difference is not statistically significant (P>0.05).4. After treatment, about the overall effect on the improvement of symptoms of angina, thetreatment group of the total effective is86.67%,and the control group of the total effective is 66.67%. Comparison of the two groups, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05).5. After treatment, with the ECG efficacy, the treatment group of the total effective is86.67%,and the control group of the total effective is63.33%. Comparison of the two groups, thedifference is statistically significant (P <0.05).6. After treatment, the withdrawal rate of nitroglycerin of treatment group is90%,and thecontrol group is70%. Comparison of the two groups, the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).7. After treatment, two sets of total cholesterol, triglycerides, compared with pre-treatment,the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05). Two sets of LDL, compared withpre-treatment, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.01). Comparison of the twogroups of total cholesterol, triglycerides, the difference is not statistically significant (P>0.05).Comparison of the two groups of LDL, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.01).Two sets of HDL compared with pre-treatment, the difference is not statistically significant (P>0.05).8. After treatment, Comparing two groups of patients quality of life in role-physical, socialfunctioning, bodily pain, general health, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05).Inphysical functioning, vitality, role-emotion, mental health, reported healthtransition, the difference is not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The supplementing qi and activating blood formula can obviously improvethe symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of patients.2. The supplementing qi and activating blood formula can effectively improve anginasymptoms, reduce the dose of nitroglycerin.3. The supplementing qi and activating blood formula may regulate blood lipids, improvemyocardial ischemia, and the quality of life of patients.4. The supplementing qi and activating blood formula treatment of patients after PCI, safe, reliable, and can be widely used in clinical practice.
