Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Nerve Root Type With Electroacupuncture At Jiaji Point

Purpose：To observe the pure acupuncture and cupping neck clip ridge pointthe clinical curative effect of treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve roottype, analysis to study the clinical curative effect of which is better, it alsodiscussed about some relevant problems and research.Material and method：Selection during June2012to December2013withcervical spondylosis of nerve root type diagnosis and the study into the standardof61cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups ofcurative group of30cases (cupping treatment), filiform needle group (31casessimple acupuncture treatment), the curative group in the process of treatmentfor serious treatment to suspend the case, the filiform needle group unexplainedfall off one, namely, to the end of the clinical observation statistics thecurative group a total of29cases of patients with a total of30cases of patientswith filiform needle group. Observe the clinical effect after treatment for3courses, and in the follow-up for3months after treatment, and statisticalanalysis. Symptoms of cervical spondylosis by Japanese Tian Zhongjing long scale,VAS score20points method and two groups of clinical curative effect comparisonto evaluate and compare the curative effect.Results：Comparison between the two groups after treatment3period oftreatment, according to the curative group with filiform needle VAS score andTian Zhongjing long scale score differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), illustrate the curative group is given priority to with pain symptomsimprove the situation, and other associated symptoms and signs improvedconditions and quality of life was to improve the situation are better than thatof the filiform needle group; While the curative group total effective rate(96.55%) higher than the filiform needle group (93.33%), and the curative groupcure rate (68.97%) than filiform needle group (60%), electric acupuncture curative effect is superior to the filiform needle group.3months follow-upafter treatment, two groups of patients with effective treatment is smooth, norelapse occurred.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect observation results show that theacupuncture and cupping neck clip ridge cave treatment has achieved good clinicaleffect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, and the recent follow-up visit,both as a treatment for cervical spondylosis of nerve root type can be aneffective method of clinical applications; In addition, through clinicalobservation index and statistical analysis of data, including neck clip ridgepoint the clinical curative effect of treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerveroot type is better than simple acupuncture treatment, worthy of clinical useand promotion.
