Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zhengyang Lilao decoction combined intreatment chronic heart failure due to coronary heart disease。Material and method:70patients with chronic heart failure due to coronary heartdisease were randomly divided into2groups——control group and observation group, allpatients received conventional Western medicine treatment and Zhengyang Lilao decoctioncombined was added to the observation group。14d were a course of treatment。Observation ofthe changes of the syndromes of heart failureã€heart functionã€traditional Chinese medicinesyndromesã€LVEFã€the level of BNP and safety indexes before and after treatment of thepatients in two groups。Results:1. After treatment, there were no significant changes in safety indexes of two groups, therewas no significant difference in。2. After treatment, the improvement of heart function, the total effective rate of the controlgroup was58.8%,total effective rate of observation group was86.1%,two groups with heartfunction than before treatment were significantly improved, and compared the two groups hasstatistical significance。The syndrome differentiation of qi deficiencyã€NYHA II in two groupswith heart function improvement was not statistically significant differenceï¼›syndromedifferentiation of yang deficiency,NYHA III in two groups with heart function improvementwas statistically significant。3. After treatment, the improvement of syndromes of heart failure, the total effective rate ofthe control group was58.9%,total effective rate of observation group was88.9%,the heartfailure symptoms of two groups were significantly improved, and has significant difference。The syndrome differentiation of qi deficiencyã€NYHA II in two groups with heart failureimprovement was not statistically significant differenceï¼›syndrome differentiation of yangdeficiency,NYHA III in two groups with heart failure improvement was statisticallysignificant。4. After treatment, the total effective rate of syndromes improvement in the control group was 26.5%,but83.3%in observation group, the difference was statistically significant。Both thedifference in groups of qi deficiencyã€yang deficiency, and NYHA IIã€NYHA III,hadstatistical significance。5. After treatment, the LVEF in two groups were increased, the changes of two groups hadstatistical significance, and the same between two groups after treatment。Both the differencein groups of qi deficiencyã€yang deficiency, and NYHA IIã€NYHA III,had statisticalsignificance。6. After treatment, the level of BNP in two groups was significantly lower than that beforetreatment, two comparison with statistical significance,in which, the heart function ofpatients with qi deficiencyã€NYHA II before and after the treatment showed no statisticalsignificance, and yang deficiencyã€NYHA III in its comparison with statistical significance。After treatment, but no significant difference between the two groups of qi deficiency, yangdeficiency, and NYHA IIã€NYHA III between the two groups had statistical significance。Conclusion:1.This can significantly improve heart function and syndromes of heart failure in patients withheart failure, especially for the differentiation of yang deficiency。2. This can significantly improve the TCM syndrome and the level of LVEF in patients withheart failure, either the syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency and yang deficiency,or theNYHA II and NYHA III。3.This can significantly reduce the level of BNP in patients with heart failure, especially thepatients of yang deficiency and NYHA III decreased significantly。4.During the study,no obvious adverse reactions or serious,by observing the safetyindicators, the treatment of heart failure with good security,is worth the clinical validationand extension。...
