| Purpose:Observation of cardiac Tongmai Granules diazepam chronic heart failure (Heart Failure) clinical efficacy and safety to explore the role of cardiac Tongmai particle mechanism for the clinical treatment and provide a reliable theoretical basis.Material and method:40 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis in patients with chronic heart failure (heart failure) were randomly divided into two groups, control group (20 cases) were treated with routine treatment group (20 cases) in the control group was added based on the cardiac Tongmai particles, a course of 4 weeks. Before and after treatment in patients with heart failure, cardiac function, TCM, Minnesota quality of life, 6 minute walk distance, improvement in left ventricular ejection fraction.Results:1. Cardiac Tongmai particles can improve the Qi and Blood Stasis Chronic heart failure (heart failure) in patients with chronic congestive heart failure, and the control group there were significant differences (P <0.05).2. Cardiac Tongmai particles can improve the Qi and Blood Stasis with chronic heart failure (heart failure) in patients with heart function, compared with the control group there were significant differences (P <0.05).3. Cardiac Tongmai particles can improve the Qi and Blood Stasis with chronic heart failure (heart failure) in patients with TCM, compared with the control group there were significant differences (P <0.05).4. Qiangxin Tongmai particles can improve the Qi and Blood Stasis with chronic heart failure (heart failure) patients quality of life, compared with the control group there were significant differences (P <0.05).5. Qiangxin Tongmai particles can improve the Qi and Blood Stasis with chronic heart failure (heart failure) patients walking distance, compared with the control group there was significant difference (P <0.05). 6. Qiangxin Tongmai particles can improve the Qi and Blood Stasis with chronic heart failure (heart failure) in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction, compared with the control group there were significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac Tongmai Granules diazepam chronic heart failure (heart failure) patients is effective, better than conventional western medicine treatment, and safe, reliable, non-toxic side effects. |
