| Purpose:Observe the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy in combination with acupuncture and western medicine treatment of cold and dampness stagnation type ankylosing spondylitis the clinical curative effect, it compared with the curative effect of acupuncture and western medicine treatment, by comparing the effect of different, to explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Material and method:60 patients with cold and dampness stagnation type ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into fumigation group and the control group, 30 cases were treated acupuncture and western medicine treatment, fumigation group 30 cases in the control group on the basis of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy. Two groups of treatment is 15 days.Results: 1. Compared two groups of disease curative effect, fumigation group total effective rate was 96.7%, control group total effective rate was 80.0%(P = 0.044 < 0.05), fumigation of disease curative effect is superior to control group; 2. Compared two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, fumigation group total effective rate was 100%, control group total effective rate was 83.3%(P = 0.02 < 0.05), fumigation group of syndromes curative effect is superior to control group; 3. Compared two groups of morning stiffness time, there are significant differences(P = 0.000 < 0.05), fumigation group than the control group in improvement of morning stiffness time;4. There exists significant difference compared two groups of laboratory index, the ESR(P = 0.026 < 0.026), the CRP(P = 0.000 < 0.05), fumigation group is superior to control group on improving laboratory index; 5. Compared two groups of DASDIA, DASFI index, there is obvious difference DASDAI(P = 0.000 < 0.05), DASFI(P = 0.05 < 0.05), fumigation group is superior to control group in improving DASDAI, DASFI index; 6. Compared two groups of overall function classification, obvious difference(P < 0.05), fumigation group is superior to control group in improving the overall function classification.Conclusion: Chinese medicine fumigation therapy in combination with acupuncture and western medicine treatment of cold and dampness stagnation type curative effect of ankylosing spondylitis, in improving disease curative effect, strengthening syndromes curative effect, shorten the time of morning stiffness, improving laboratory index, reduce the TCM syndrome integral, improve overall function level, much better than the control group(acupuncture and western medicine treatment). |
