The Efficiency Of The Chinese Medicine Tazi To Dalv(Ankylosing Spondylitis) Of Cold-dampness Syndrome

Purpose:To observe the Chinese medicine Tazi therapy on treatment of Dalv(Ankylosing Spondylitis)clinical effect of cold dampness syndrome.Method:This study follow randomized,control principle,observation of72 cases of Dalv(Ankylosing Spondylitis)patients and in line with TCM for cold dampness syndrome.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group 36 cases and control group 36 cases.The control group was given supervisor'self-made Wen Shenqiang Du decoction,the treatment group given tutor'self-made Wen Shenqiang Du decoction + Tazi therapy,once a day,The course of treatment was 15 days.The curative effect before and after treatment in all patients with lumbosacral pain,time of morning stiffness,spinal pain VAS score,BASDAI index score,BASFI index score,BASMI score,ESR,hs-CRP,TCM syndrome integral,the overall functional grading index were measured to disease in the total effect evaluation criteria and TCM symptom curative effect evaluation criteria for evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety evaluation.Result:In each group before and after treatment compared lumbosacral pain,time of morning stiffness,spinal pain VAS score,BASDAI index score,BASFI index score,BASMI score,ESR,hs-CRP,TCM syndrome integral,the overall functional grading index in two groups were significantly improved(p<0.01 or p<0.05);After treatment between the two groups compared in morning stiffness,BASFI index,lumbar flexion,lumbar flexure,the overall functional grading index of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(p<0.01 or p<0.05);The comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control grop(p<0.01).In the course of treatment,no adverse reactions and side effects were occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Self-made Wen Shenqiang Du decoction combined with Chinese medicine Tazi therapy in the improvement of the morningstiffness,BASFI index,lumbar flexion,lumbar lateral bending,the overall functional grading index effect is obviously superior to the single use self-made Wen Shenqiang Du decoction.
