Study On The Correlation Between TCM Syndromes Of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma And TNM Staging

Purpose: It is a clinical research to analyze the correlation with TCM Syndrome and TNM stage of HCC,and to discover the evidence that clinical diagnosis and herbs therapy.Materials and methods: We collected 53 cases of eligible HCC patients who were treated in Anshan iron and steel group general hospital,including their basic information,pathological type,TNM stage,TCM information, differentiation syndrome of TCM. We recorded the clinical symptom score of the HCC patients,then analysized the relations in the syndrome of TCM and TNM stage and other clinical indicators.Results: 1. It is not statistics difference from pathological type and syndrome of TCM. 2. It is not statistics difference from pathological type and TNM stage,but it’s statistic difference with TNM stage and syndrome of TCM.Qi Zhi Xue Yu pattern is common in patients of Ⅰstage,and Gan Yu Pi Xu pattern is common in patients of Ⅳ stage. 3. It is not statistics difference from symptoms of hierarchical quantitative values in different pathological type. So the score is not related to the pathological type. 4. It is statistics difference from symptoms of hierarchical quantitative values in each TNM stage,so the score is related to the stage.It is not statistics difference between Ⅰstage and Ⅱ stage,Ⅱ stage and Ⅲ stage,Ⅱ stage and Ⅳ stage. symptoms of hierarchical quantitative values in Ⅲ stage patients is higher than Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage. 5. It is statistics difference from symptoms of hierarchical quantitative values in the syndromes of TCM.The results show it is statistics difference with Gan Shen Yin Xu and Gan Yu Qi Zhi,Gan Yu Qi Zhi and Shi Re Yun Jie pattern. symptoms of hierarchical quantitative values in Shi Re Yun Jie pattern is higher than other patterns,to explain the clinical Symptom in Shi Re Yun Jie pattern patients is more serious than other patterns.Conclusion: 1.TNM stage is related with pattern of syndrome of TCM,International TNM stage is not related with the pathological type. 2.Symptoms of hierarchical quantitative values is closely related with TNM stage and syndrome of TCM.The clinical Symptom in Shi Re Yun Jie pattern patients is more serious than other patterns. Symptoms of hierarchical quantitative values is not related with the pathological type.
