Observation To The Effect Of The Shenlingbaizhu San Jiajian On Clinical Symptom And Sign Of TCM With COPD Patient In Stable Condition Bianzheng To The Type With Deficiency-Qi Of The Spleen And Lung

Objects:The aim of the study was to assess the effect of the shenlingbaizhu san on clinical symptom and sign with COPD patient in stable condition bianzheng to the type with deficiency-Qi of the spleen and lung。Method:60 patient were randomly assigned to the treating group or to the control group,every group with 30 cases。12 index of the symptom and sign ofTCM with deficiency-Qi of the spleen and lung was observed。Before the treating,record the scoring result of the symptom and sign with patient of no treating。The treating group was treated with the shenlingbaizhu san combined with shulidie,and the control group was treated only with shulidie.The course was 12 weeks.After the observation, record the scoring result ofthe symptom and sign with patient of treating。And the treating effect oftwo group was compared.Result:The shenlingbaizhu san could improve the clinical symptom and sign of COPD patients in stable condition bianzheng to the type with deficiency-Qi of the spleen and lung。As a result,the clinical symptom and sign as the expectoration,spontaneous sweating,tending to catching a cold, tiredness and lassitude,do not want to say because of tired,poor appetite,abdominal distension after eating,loose stool of the treating group have significant difference after 12 weeks treatment compared with the control group (P<0.01orP<0.05)。The clinical syptom and sign of the control group,except for cough,expectoration,dyspnea,shortness of breath,and rale,have no significant difference (P>0.05) after 12 weeks treatment compared with the pre-treatment。The clinical symptom and sign of the treating group have significant difference (P<0.01) after 12 weeks treatment compared with the pre-treatment。Conclusion:The result showed that the effect of the treating group was better than the control group at the 8 symptom and sign ofTCM as the expectoration,spontaneous sweating,tending to catching a cold,tiredness and lassitude,do not want to say because of tired, poor appetite,abdominal distension after eating,loose stool。The management of the treating group have good effect to improve the symptom and sign ofTCM.
