Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Yu Shen Lu Decoction on treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria of spleen and kidney deficiency type. Method:Using randomized controlled method,choose the spleen and kidney deficiency type 60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria,and randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Two groups of conventional western medicine therapy,including proper rest, low salt, low protein diet, diuresis, step-down, etc.On the basis of conventional treatment,The treatment group to Yu Shen Lu through the TCM syndrome differentiation to add and subtract,The control group to Huangkui capsule,Two groups were treated for 8 weeks,Record and analyze the relevant indicators in the medicine.Results:1.In the aspect of clinical curative effect, treatment groups: 13 cases of clinical control, 8 cases were markedly improved, effective 7 cases, 2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 93.33%; Control group: clinical control in 11 cases, 5 cases were markedly effective, effective 7 cases, 7 had no effect, the total effective rate was 76.67%; Comparison between the two groups have no statistical significance(P<0.05). 2.In the aspect of proteinuria to improve,The treatment group in its controlled quantitative comparison before and after medication P<0.05,The qualitative comparison P<0.05,The difference is statistically significant.After comparison between treatment group and controlled way P<0.05,The difference was statistically significant.3.In improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group and control group after treatment symptoms integral has the difference, there are comparable, the treatment group is better than that of control group. 4.In terms of proteinuria to improve, the treatment group in its controlled quantitative comparison before and after medication P<0.05, the qualitative comparison P< 0.05, the difference is statistically significant; After comparison between treatment group and the control way P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Yu Shen Lu can significantly improve the spleen and kidney deficiency type clinical symptoms of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria,reduce the proteinuria,the clinical curative effect.
