The Clinical Observation Of Shenbing Yihao Wan On The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis-proteinuria (Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome)

Object: To explore the efficacy and safety of Shenbing Yihao Wan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with proteinuria(spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome).Method: In strict accordance with the standard were collected,72 cases were collected,in accordance with the visiting time sequence of digital marker,each group of 36 people,the number of patients return to the singular treatment group,will even number were classified into control group.The treatment group on the basis of routine treatment,given a pill,nephropathy(provided by the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine),orally,1 pills each time,2 times a day;the control group on the basis of routine treatment,given the Shenyankangfu Tablet(Tianjin Tongrentang Group Limited by Share Ltd),orally,8 pills each time,three times a day 2 times;Monday treatment,a total of 2courses.Blood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram were recorded before and after treatment,and the safety index of observation period was observed.Before and after treatment,24 urine protein was measured and recorded every 2weeks to observe its effectiveness.Result: A total of 72 cases were collected,36 cases in the treatment group,1 cases of loss;36 cases in the control group,2 cases of loss;(1)The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.42%,control group total effective rate was 82.35%(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.(2)The control in 24 hours urine protein,two group after treatment,24 h urinary protein has decreased significantly,but the treatment group in the control of urinary protein loss is more significant(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.(3)In the TCM syndrome relieving effects,such as soreness of waist and knee,edema,fatigue,anorexia,abdominal distention,loose stool,frequent urination,nocturnal enuresis and other symptoms,the symptoms of the treatment group significantly reduced(P <0.05).The control group did not reduce significantly(P >0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group(P <0.05).(4)No obvious adverse reaction symptoms were observed after treatment in both groups.There was no significant change in blood routine,liver function,renal function,and electrocardiogram before and after treatment.Conclusion: Shenbing Yihao Wan group nephropathy treatment is better than takingShenyankangfu Tablet group,Shenbing Yihao Wan can effectively reduce 24 h urinary protein,can improve patients with lumbar pain,fatigue,edema,anorexia,nocturnal enuresis,diarrhea symptoms.Clinical treatment is safe and effective.
