Objective:Through the analysis of 183 cases of cerebral infarction patients with the acute head MRI. The relationship of TCM and explore the acute phase of cerebral infarction patients with MRI image based on TCM syndrome differentiation. Methods: To collect 183 cases in the second affiliated hospital of Liaoning Chinese medical university and complete cases of the acute phase of cerebral infarction patients, on the MRI diagnosis of the acute phase of cerebral infarction. According to the acute phase of cerebral infarction patients MRI manifestations and characteristics of TCM, using modern medical statistical method is summarized and the correlation between them.Result: General data shows male 98 cases, female 85 cases, high incidence in the age of 60-89 years old, one of the highest incidence of 60-75 years old. TCM syndrome differentiation in acute phase of cerebral infarction typing each syndrome type has no obvious statistical significance of gender. TCM syndrome differentiation in acute phase of cerebral infarction typing the syndromes of age had no statistical significance. In this survey study of 183 patients with syndrome of the patients with acute cerebral infarction in the distribution: Fire disturbance syndrome in 18 cases(9.8%),wind phlegm syndrome in 83 cases(45.4%),10 cases of phlegm heat excess syndrome(5.5%),deficiency of Qi and blood stasis syndrome in 44 cases(24%), Yinxu Fengdong syndrome in 28 cases(15.3%). To wind phlegm syndrome in 83 cases(45.4%) the largest number of greatest cases, followed by qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in 44 cases(24%).In 183 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients, wind & fire on interference card, wind phlegm syndrome and phlegm heat accumulation in single lesion more empirical, deficiency of Qi and blood stasis and Yinxu Fengdong syndrome to more multiple lesions. In 183 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients, fire disturbance syndrome and wind phlegm syndrome in basal ganglia part of cases the number of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and Yinxu Fengdong syndrome in the cerebellum, brainstem sites of cancer cases more. In 183 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients, Fire disturbance syndrome and wind phlegm syndrome complicated with hypertension cases than other merger syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and Yinxu Fengdong syndrome complicated with diabetes mellitus complicated with syndrome cases than syndrome cases than othermore, no significant difference of phlegm heat accumulation empirical complicaions. Conclusion: Cerebral infarction in acute head MRI performance infarct type of TCM and have a relationship. Cerebral infarction in acute head MRI performance lesion has correlation with of TCM. Cerebral infarction in acute period of TCM has correlation with complications. Head MRI performance can be a diagnosis of cerebral infarction in acute stage the important reference of TCM clinical syndrome differentiation type.
