ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between differentiation of syndrome of acute cerebral infarction and complicated by depression, summarized the distribution rule of acute cerebral infarction complicated with depressive disorder in acute cerebral infarction of various types, which provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to further deepen the acute cerebral infarction complicated with depressive disorder.MethodsBy statistical methods of medical records of observational studies in hospital, was diagnosed in clinical studies in patients with acute cerebral infarction were collected, in general (including name, gender, age, etc.) on admission clear differentiation, classified as observation group. After China "guidelines for diagnosis and management of acute ischemic stroke (2010)" western medicine treatment, were not treated with TCM and Western medicine in treatment of depression. In15days of concurrent depressive disorder diagnosis and diagnostic scale, assess whether complicated with depressive disorder. Statistical analysis of patients with acute cerebral infarction were included in the diagnostic criteria of depression disorder. All the data were processed by SPPS17.0statistical software, count data using X2test or Fisher’s exact probability, P<0.05with significant difference criterion. Then statistical analysis and results reporting and interpretation.ResultsThrough the statistical analysis:the Blocking Collaterals wind phlegm and phlegm closed card, phlegm-heat FU-Organ sthenia syndrome and phlegm heat, Qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm clear orifices, phlegm disease orifices syndrome and syndrome of phlegm-heat blocking internally in acute cerebral infarction complicated with depression rate difference, but also can not think of other types of disease in the acute cerebral infarction complicated with depression rate difference. The syndrome of orifices confused by phlegm is higher than the incidence of qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm closed card, wind phlegm syndrome and empirical phlegm-heat FU-Organ morbidity are higher than that of phlegmy heat closed card. After comprehensive analysis can be considered:the pathogenesis of phlegm Blocking Collaterals clear orifices, wind phlegm and phlegm FU-Organ in acute cerebral infarction patients complicated by depression of the late rate is higher, with significant difference between the other syndromes. Conclusion "Phlegm" is a key factor in acute cerebral infarction complicated with depression disorder, its separate pathogenic or clip clip heat pathogenic wind is obstacle of acute cerebral infarction with depression are more important in the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, in the early stage of acute cerebral infarction patients, if encountered TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs,"phlegm" related to the classification, should attach great importance to its late in the disease complicated by depression risk, and strive to achieve early discovery, early treatment, so as to promote the recovery of the body, improve the prognosis of the patients with.
