Meta - Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Qiliqiangxin Capsule Combined With Conventional Therapy On Chronic Heart Failure

Purpose: To review the curative effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsules combined with routine therapies on chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods: Computer retrieval D Pu Zhong Wen journal full-text database、CNKI、Wan Fang database、 Pubmed database、 Medline、 Embase、 Cochrane Library and manually searching related literature. RCT included in the standard treatment for heart failure. Using patients with CHF heart colour to exceed,final diastolic diameter, diameter shrinkage on the final, NT- Pro BNP, BNP, 6 minutes walk test, mortality, and hospital admission rates for evaluation index,and analyzed by using Rev Man5.2.6 software.Results: Select 57 studies after evaluation, participants included 4351 cases of the object of study. The results of Meta-analysis showed that Qili Qiangxin Capsules combining with routine therapies improve the patient’s heart ejection fraction, reduce plasma BNP levels after treatment, reduce shrinkage of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and the final diameter, and 6 minutes walk test, hospitalization rate and mortality of three indicators compared with the control group had no statistical significance. Funnel graphics approximate symmetrical, suggests there is no publication bias.Sensitivity analysis results are stable.Conclusion: Qili Qiangxin Capsules combined with routine therapies for patients with chronic CHF heart ejection fraction, blood plasma BNP level, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and contraction are better than the final diameter on indicators of the conventional treatment group. However Qili Qiangxin Capsules in the treatment of chronic CHF effect still needs more and more large randomized clinical trials to test, its long-term effect remains to be further observed.
