Inhibitory Effect Of Xiaobian Weibei Powder Combined With Cisplatin On Tumor Bearing Capacity Of Breast Cancer Cells In Nude Mice

Objective: this study intends to compare the effect on anti-cancer therapy of Xiaoyaoloubei powder in combination with cisplatin and single cisplatin drug application, and evaluates whether Xiaoyaoloubei powder can reduce the adverse effects of cisplatin, explores the significance of the traditional Chinese medicine xiaoyaoloubei powder on the clinical application in combination with cisplatin and provide basic experiment support.Methods: Set up breast cancer cell line MCF-7 tumor bearing nude mice model, and mice was divided into 3 groups randomly(each group of five),the negative control group, cisplatin single group, Xiaoyaoloubei powder plus cisplatin group. In this study tumor growth and the inhibitory rate as anti-cancer evaluation criterion; the general situation of mice, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen as evaluation criterion that whether xiaoyaoloubei power can reduce the adverse effects of cisplatin treatment.Results: Xiaoyaoloubei powder combined cisplatin group and single cisplatin drug have inhibitory ability to tumor formation of breast cancer cells compared with negative control group, the general status and the level of creatinine and urea nitrogen of tumor-burdened mice in combined group decreased largely than the single cisplatin group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the use of xiaoyaoloubei powder combined with cisplatin can increase the ability of tumor suppression and reduce the adverse reaction of cisplatin.
