Study On The Variation Regularity Of Infrared Temperature And Its Related Factors In The Liver Acupoints Of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

Purpose:Through comparative study on the correlation between surface infrared temperature of different meridian acupoints,acupoints and non- acupoints of CHB patients, liver cirrhosis patients and healthy patients.Explore infrared temperature change rule and the influence of related factors of different liver pathology.Material and method:In this study there were 42 patients with CHB,8 patients with chronic hepatitis b cirrhosis compensatory period and bring into the observation group. They were all from infections department of Ben Xi Infectious Disease Hospital. Healthy control group were a total of 50 cases.They were healthy volunteers from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and bring into healthy controls group. This study mainly used equipment was medical ATIR-M301 infrared thermal imager to observed the subjects. Collecting all over body positive infrared image. Selected points for measuring temperature from the liver surface projection region in infrared image and the offside(Qimen(LR14),Riyue(GB24),Rugen(ST18),Bulang(KI22),Shidou(SP17)), non-acupoint(Ourter-Qimen,Inter-Qimen,Ourter-Riyue,Inter-Riyue).Recoder temperature data of each temperature measuring point. On both side and the same name points for measuring temperature tested by paired T test of CHB group and liver cirrhosis compared with control group,respectively.In one group two sides the temperature is asymmetry change as the judgment standard.Discover the regular of the changing temperature of point for measuring temperature.It was the temperature to be the indicator among intra-group two sides. This research to perfect and innovation to the research methods in the study of meridian in acupuncture point effect and infrared thermal imaging technology and supplement the research methodsof infrared thermal imaging technologyfor the chronic liver disease.Futhermore,the theory of traditional Chinese medicine hepatorenal homology, liver and gallbladder damp and hot syndrome provides the basis for the scientific of zang-fu organs and meridians and Added the supersession of body surface temperature and state of blood vessels or scientific basis of related theory. According to the different health state of liver temperature change rule of infrared sensitive acupoints(the comparison of significance),meridian,Zang and Fu which belong to physiological basis of TCM,correspondence among acupoints location and body surface projection of liver,to research the correlative factors and reflect disease of infrared sensitive acupoints. All data were analyzed using statistical analysis software SPSS17.0. The mean is expressed as`c±s.Statistical result was statistically significant if P<0.05.Results:1.The result of comparing acupoints infrared temperature of liver region among different health state:(1)All temperature measuring points is higher in CHB group than control group. Shidou,Qimen,Riyue,Bulang,Rugen,Ourter-Qimen,Inter-Qimen in the liver region is asymmetry changed.;(2)All temperature measuring points is lower in cirrhosis group than control group. Bulang, Qimen,Riyue in the liver region is asymmetry changed; 2. The result of the intra-group same name point paired t test at the same health state: The result of control group is as the judgment standard.At the different health state of liver, Qimen,Riyue, Bulang in the liver region are pathological high temperature relative to the left.Shidou is pathological low temperature relative to the left. 3.The result of compare acupoints with anatomy and Zang and Fu theory:(1)The position of Bulang in the liver region located in the junctions between hepatic vein and inferior vena cava of the projection of the body surface area; The position of Qimen,Riyue located in the right hepatic vein of the projection of the body surface area. This research found that body surface infrared temperature of Qimen,Riyue and Bulang is connected with the state of vascular blood rich or not and it conform to the principle of infrared imaging.(2)infrared temperature significantly change of Qimen, Riyue and Bulang which meridian they belong to conform to the Zang and Fu theory and they have the basis of physiology and pathology between TCM Zang and Fu.Conclusion: 1.The infrared temperature change of Qimen,Riyue,Bulang in liver region can judge the effect of liver pathology among CHB patients. 2. Infrared temperature change rule of Qimen,Riyue,Bulang accord with the TCM theory like paired Liver and Gallbladder liver, kidney being of same source,etc.and it illustrate the important application of CHB pathological changes. 3.Research will be ongoing on the correlation studies of Infrared temperature verification and intrahepatic blood perfusion which according to the infrared temperature change of Qimen,Riyue,Bulang may be associated with intrahepatic venous anatomic location.
