Purpose:to study the chronic HBV infection status, sensitive characters of Qimen acupoint and pathological mechanism of liver venous blood perfusion via contrasting the indexes of DPV,VPV, CI and different acupoints,non-acupoints located in liver anatomic projection area and the opposite area as well as infrared temperature between HBV infected persons and healthy volunteers.to provide objective basis for biomedical research.Material and method:Material and method: 48 cases from Ben xi infectious diseases hospital with HBV were grouped into diseases group, and 44 healthy volunteers from Liao Ning University of Trditioanl Chinese Medicine were grouped into healthy group. The front infrared image was collected by ATIR-M301 and temperature measuring points in infrared thermography, the temperature measuring points : Qimen, Riyue, Rugen,Bulang, Shidou; non-acupoints(Qimen nei, Qimen wai, Riyue nei, Riyue wai) were selected, and the infrared temperature were recorded. Danzhong was regarded as the basic point, counting the relative infrared temperature, and the converging investigation data were recorded. The DVP in main portal vein and VPV were measured at 1cm in the front of portal vein(PV) by GE730 color doppler omaging(CDI) with frequency of 3.5 MHz. The converging investigation data were recorded. The Congestion Index(CI) of portal vein was calculated,CI=π×(D/2)2/v. According to yardstick which was CI>0.08, and the materials were randomly divided into hepatitis group and hepatitic cirhosis group. The relative temperature in healthy group, hepatitis group and portal hypertension group were compared, the variation of temperature and sensitive character in each group had also been studied. Meanwhile, the mechanism of blood perfusion in liver and the specificity of temperature of Qimen to manifest the sensitive character were studied. All the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0, and a paired Mann-Whitney test was used. The mean was expressed by `c±s. If the test result was P>0.05, it shows that there was no statistic significance, vice versa. The spearman correlation coefficient was used to judge the correlative analysis: r > 0 is positive correlation, r<0 is negative correlation, r=0 is zerocorrelation; the gegree correlation was judged by r value, P( 2-) ≤0.05 had significant correlation; P(2-)>0.05 had no significant correlation.Results:1. The variation of liver anatomic location infrared temperature at different health state The temperature of 18 bilateral temperaturing measuring points show that health group >hepatitis group > portal hypertension group, a paired t-test between hepatitis group and portal hypertension group on Qimen, Riyue and Bulang(left side), bilateral Qimennei, Riyuenei(left side) shows that P<0.05. only the left side Riyuenei is out of liver anatomic projection area. In the study, it is regarded as sensitive infrared temperature measuring point.2. Correlation analysis between infrared temperature and portal hemodynamics1) The infrared temperature of all the acupoints and correlation coefficient of CI in healthy group are significant P>0.05; the infrared temperature and CI in HBV group has negative correlation, the correlation coefficient of right side Qimen, Riyue, Bulang, bilateral Qimennei, left side Riyuenei, right side Qimenwai are significant P<0.05. It suggests that 6 temperature measuring points can reflect the liver function of patients with HBV.2) the right side Qimen and Qimennei are negatively correlative to DVP, while they are positively correlative to VPV, P<0.05. it suggests that the temperature variation of right side Qimen and Qimennei can present abnormal change of portal hemodynamics in liver, the biomedical basis of temperature variation is closely relative to portal vein perfusion.3) the right side Bulang is positive correlative to VPV, P<0.05. it suggests that temperature variation of Bulang is relative to the portal vein perfusion. The change of DPV cannot influence the factors of temperature variation.4) the correlation coefficient of right side Riyue and DVP have no statistic significane. It reveals that the temperature variation of right side Riyue is relative to state of liver disease, but it can not show the state of portal vein perfusion. The congestion in portal vein is not the main factor causing variation of infrared temperature.Conclusion:1. at the state of HBV infection, the infrared temperature of Qimen can revel the pathological change of portal hemodynamics. It shows the science of specificity on acupoints and Mu points.2. the manifestation on correlation between infrared temperature variation of Qimen and portal hemodynamics shows that acupoints can scientificly reflect the disease.3. the variation of infrared temperature on Riyue, Mu point on gallbladder meridian and Bulang accord with the same source theory of liver and kidney.4. the further study on the correlation between infrared temperature variation of Qimen,Riyue, Bulang and anatomic position of liver vein is needed.
