This study selected from January 2011 to October 2014 in liaoning traditional Chinese the inpatient and outpatient diagnosis of 28 cases of refractory nephrotic syndrome patients, all cases, met diagnostic criteria.15 cases were male, female 13 cases;Aged 3 ~ 16 years of age, course of 3 months to 3 years.The hormone resistant type 4 cases, 13 cases of steroid dependence, frequent recurrence of 11 cases.Application of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine therapy in stages 2..Outcome: the curative effect in line with to the hormone and immune inhibitor application situation. : hormones or other immune inhibitors discontinuation 1 year and no relapse, or symptomatic treatment to relieve mild recurrence(traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) therapy or symptomatic infection).Effective: hormones or other immune inhibitors in small doses to maintain(always relapse below) without recurrence or minor recurrent symptomatic treatment can alleviate(traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) therapy or symptomatic infection).Invalid: due to repeated recurrence needs to regulate hormone and immune inhibitors.Or case fall off because of bad curative effect. 3.Statistical analysis methods: hormone resistant type, hormone dependent and frequent recurrence of efficacy data, between group efficient statistical processing.Take the rank and inspection.Results: 1. The application of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine therapy in stages persistent nephrotic syndrome, 13 cases had marked effect, effectively in 10 cases, 5 cases ineffective.The effective rate was 82.1%. 2.
