Meta - Analysis Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Treated By Yiqi Huoxue Chinese Medicine

Purpose: Evaluation the effectiveness Security of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation traditional Chinese medicine treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Material and method : Computer search 2003-2013 wei pu Chinese technology Journal Full-text Database(VIP)、China journal fulltext database(CNKI)、China biological literature database、wan fang Chinese Journal of Biomedical digitize Journal and wan fang digitize Full-text Database, while use manual searches. Collect early diabetic nephropathy RCT which compare efficacy of medicine combine supplementing qi and activating blood circulation traditional Chinese medicine to compare with west medicine alone. The two researchers independently assessed the methodological quality of the included studies, use Cochranes Revman5.2 soft ware to analysis 23 RCT literature.Result:Three of 16 RCT literature is B level, Other 20 RCT literature is C level.Meta analysis result show that the western medicine combined on the basis of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation traditional Chinese medicine treatment of early DN urinary albumin excretion rate( UAER)(p<0.00001)、urinary Protein Excretion(UAE)(p=0.0002)of curative effect is better than single application of western medicine group. supplementing qi and activating blood circulation traditional Chinese medicine to reduce the role of urine trace albumin excretion rate(UAER)(p<0.0001)、urinary Protein Excretion(UAE)(p<0.00001)is better than that of ACEI or ARB drugs. Supplementing qi and activating blood circulation traditional Chinese medicine treatment the overall efficacy of early DN can give affirmation,and for the clinical medication provides certain theortical basis.Figure shows more symmetric funnel.Conclusion: Supplementing qi and activating blood circulation traditional Chinese medicine treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is an effective method.
