Clinical Research On Diabetic Nephropathy Treated With Chinese Medicine Of Strengthening Spleen And Supplementing Renal And Activating Blood

Objective: To observe the clinic effect of Chinese medicine of strengthening spleenand supplementing renal and activating blood in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, andexplore its functional mechanism.Methods: a randomized, open and positive drug parallel-group clinical researchmethod, observation DN3-5patients72cases, divided into the treatment group and controlgroup each36cases, two groups of all use diet control, symptomatic treatment and westernmedicine foundation treatment, the treatment group based on strengthening spleen andsupplementing renal and activating blood at the period of8weeks. After two months oftreatment, the changes of clinic symptom and laboratory index were examined.Result:1.the total effect of Chinese medicine of strengthening spleen andsupplementing renal and activating blood treatment group is83.33%,the effect of thecontrast group is61.11%, there is a remarkable difference(p<0.05).2.The total effect ofChinese medicine of strengthening spleen and supplementing renal and activating bloodmeliorating clinic symptom is78.65%,the effect of the contrast group is52.53%, there is aremarkable difference(P<0.05).3.There is remarkable difference at decreasing bloodsugar,blood lipid,urinary albumin and blood creatinine in the group.Conclusion:The method of strengthening spleen and supplementing renal andactivating blood for DN treatment function can better improve the clinical symptoms and signs,delay the speed of renal failure and improve the quality of patients’ life.
