Objective: Fulong anti thrombus pill has been affirmed in clinical curative effect in treating stroke. The rat model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was established in this experiment. From the point of view of free radical damage, inflammatory response to explore Fulong anti thrombus pill in cerebral ischemic reperfusion after the protective mechanism of brain tissue. To provide the experimental basis for the Fulong anti thrombus pill in clinical application.Materials and methods: This study selected 75 clean grade SD rats, weight 180 g + 10 g, male and female. Use were randomly divided into five groups, namely sham operation group(15 rats), model group(15), low dose group(15 rats, Agkistrodon long antithrombosis pill intervention), normal dose group(15 rats, Agkistrodon long antithrombosis pill intervention), ginkgo leaf soft capsule treatment group(15 rats in the experimental group). After feeding the rats of each group a week. The treatment groups were administered to the low dose group, the normal dose group, and the ginkgo leaf soft capsule, and the medicine was administered for 1 weeks, 3 times / day. The rats cerebral ischemia and reperfusion 72 h after expression of MDA level, and the sham operation group, in each group were significantly different, with statistical significance(P < 0.05; compared with the model group, low dose group, normal dose group, gingkgo leaf soft capsule treatment group differences significantly, with statistical significance(P < 0.05); compared with the low dose group, normal dose group, ginkgo leaf soft capsule treatment group differences significantly, statistically significant at P < 0.05.5. The rats cerebral ischemia and reperfusion 72 h after TNF alpha expression levels, and sham operated group, were significant differences in each group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05; compared with the model group, low dose group, normal dose group, gingkgo leaf soft capsule treatment groups differed significantly, with statistical significance(P < 0.05; compared with the low dose group, normal dose group, ginkgo leaf soft capsule treatment group differences significantly, statistically significant at P < 0.05. 6. The changes of rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion 72 h after the ICAM-1 expression level, and the sham operation group, in each group were significantly different, with statistical significance(P < 0.05; compared with the model group, low dose group, normal dose group, gingkgo leaf soft capsule treatment groups differed significantly, with statistical significance(P < 0.05; compared with the low dose group, normal dose group, ginkgo leaf soft capsule treatment group differences significantly, with statistical significance(P < 0.05); compared with the normal dose group, ginkgo leaf soft capsule treatment group differences significantly, statistically significant at P < 0.05.Conclusion:1 the cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model was successfully duplicated by using suture method, and the cerebral ischemia reperfusion 2H rat model was expressed as contralateral limb movement dysfunction.. 2. Fulong anti thrombus pill, ginkgo leaf soft capsule treatment group can improve cerebral ischemia after again at 72 h after reperfusion rats on limb movement dysfunction. 3. Different concentrations of Agkistrodon long antithrombosis pill and ginkgo leaf soft capsule treatment group can increase cerebral ischemia after 72 h after reperfusion in rats brain tissue SOD expression levels.4. Different concentrations of Agkistrodon long antithrombosis pill and ginkgo leaf soft capsule treatment group can reduce cerebral ischemia after 72 h after reperfusion in rats brain tissue MDA expression levels. 5. Different concentrations of Agkistrodon long antithrombosis pill and ginkgo leaf soft capsule treatment group can reduce cerebral ischemia after within 72 hours after reperfusion in rat brain tissue TNF- expression levels and normal dose Fulong anti thrombus pill, gingkgo leaf soft capsule in treating group. 6. Different concentrations of Agkistrodon long antithrombosis pill and ginkgo leaf soft capsule treatment group can be decreased after cerebral ischemia and at 72 h after reperfusion in rats brain tissue ICAM-1 expression level.
