Objective:Discussion of Parkinson’s disease with mild cognitive impairment to explore the characteristics and its relations with the structure of white matter changes in zoning by diffusion tensor imaging. Methods:Cognitive function in normal group respectively for Parkinson’s disease (PD-CogNL group) 20 cases, with Parkinson’s disease and mild cognitive dysfunction (PD-MCI group) 20 cases and control group 20 routine Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA scale) to assess their cognitive function. Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) checks to determine the structure partition 50 brain white matter changes. Three groups of subjects of MoCA Scale score and seven examinations in the analysis of variance were determined 50 of fractional anisotropy (fractional anisotropy, FA) alues, FA value of the line analysis of variance between the three groups. Finally, there is a statistically significant PD-MCI patients with FA values MoCA Scale score of 23 selected brain regions Pearson correlation analysis.Results:1、PD-CogNL group, PD-MCI and control groups in terms of gender, age, education level, sleep and The severity of PD had no significant difference (P> 0.05); MoCA score was statistically significant (P<0.05).2、The test items within seven MoCA scale between PD-CogNL group and PD-MCI group analysis of variance, which visuospatial and executive function, attention both statistically significant (P<0.05).3、There was no correlation between H-Y stages and The total score of MoCA gauge, the result of Pearson correlation analysis is P=0.921, and so does the PD-MCI groups of patients with cognitive function and the severity of PD.4、The FA values of PD-CogNL group, PD-MCI group and the control group obtained three groups were statistically analyzed, except for the dome, right corticospinal tract, left corticospinal tract, and the left corona radiata was not statistically significant, the other white matter partitioning were statistically significant.5、The statistical significance of the white matter partition in between PD-CogNL group and PD-MCI group were statistically analyzed. As a result, it is concluded that the cerebellum feet, corpus callosum knee, corpus callosum, corpus callosum, right cerebellum on foot, right cerebral peduncle, left cerebral peduncle, right before the internal capsule, left before the internal capsule, right front corona radiata, left anterior corona radiata, left thalamus after radiation, left cingulate (hippocampus),right fornix/end grain, left fornix/end grain, right upper longitudinal fasciculus, upper right frontal pillow beam, upper left frontal pillow beam, lower right frontal pillow beam, lower left frontal pillow beam, right hook beam, left hook beam, and right tapetum, these brain areas have statistical significance (P< 0.05).6、Further to these brain areas and MoCA performed Pearson correlation analysis, the brain areas, such as Corpus callosum, corpus callosum, left cingulate (hippocampus), left fornix/end grain, right upper longitudinal fasciculus, lower left frontal pillow beam and left hook, and MoCA scores have correlation and the r is a positive number, P<0.05.Conclusion:1、Combined MoCA Scale, PD-MCI patients with varying degrees of cognitive impairment, mainly for visual-spatial and executive function and attention in two ways.2、There was correlation between cognitive dysfunction in patients with PD and the brain white matter partition, but the vault, corticospinal tract, left and right corticospinal tract and the corona radiata. So, the white matter of the brain involves is very wide.3、 PD-MCI patients in the early stage of PD, it is not related to the degree of cognitive impairment and the severity of PD.4、Degree of PD patients with mild cognitive impairment and corpus callosum, corpus callosum, left cingulate (hippocampus), left fornix/end grain, right upper longitudinal fasciculus, lower left frontal pillow beam, and left hook beam of lesion severity were positively correlated.
