Objective: Research on anti ganglioside antibodies in patients with nerve spirit erythematosus(NPSLE) in clinical diagnostic significance, seek effective for the diagnosis of patients with basis. Methods: Will be in January 2010- January 2010, our hospital of 23 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) as the study group, including nerve mental erythematosus(NPSLE) 12 cases with the nerve mental lupus(non- NPSLE) 11 cases; In addition to select 10 cases in the same period line health physical examination of normal adults as a control group of this research, the object of this study is analyzed by serum and cerebrospinal fluid. Results: There was significant difference between SLE patients and normal peoples in serum anti-GM1 Ig G and Ig M level(P<0.01);The positive rates of serum anti-GM1 Ig G and Ig M were both 25.0% in NPSLE,and both 18.2% in no-NPSLE;There was no significant difference between NPSLE and no-NPSLE in serum anti-GM1 level and positive rates(P>0.05);There was no significant difference between anti-GM1 Ig G and anti- GM1 Ig M in serum level and positive rates of NPSLE(P>0.05)。The positive rates of CSF anti-GM1 Ig G and Ig M were both 52.2% in patients with SLE,and both 0.0% in normal peoples; There was significant difference between SLE patients and normal peoples in CSF anti-GM1 antibodies positive rates(P<0.01);The positive rates of CSF anti-GM1 Ig G were 75.0% in NPSLE,and 27.3% in no-NPSLE;There was significant difference between NPSLE and no-NPSLE in CSF anti-GM1 Ig G positive rates(P<0.05);The positive rates of CSF anti-GM1 Ig M were 83.3% in NPSLE,and 18.2% in no-NPSLE;There was significant difference between NPSLE and no-NPSLE in CSF anti-GM1 Ig M positive rates(P<0.01);There was no significant difference between anti-GM1 Ig G and anti- GM1 Ig M in CSF level and positive rates of NPSLE(P>0.05)。Conclusion: CSF anti-GM1 antibodies may be helpful to clinical diagnosis of NPSLE。...
