| Objective: to detect the different non muscle invasive bladder cancer staging(Ta, T1) expression in tumor samples PTEN, Np63, Ki-67 protein, combined with clinical data of patients, aims to explore the PTEN, Np63, Ki-67 in non muscle invasive bladder cancer(Ta, T1) and the relationship between the expression of tumor grading, staging and prognosis, and further explore the relationship between PTEN, Np63, Ki-67, provides the reference for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention of bladder cancer recurrence of tumor.Materials and methods: This study selected Weifang city Hanting District People’s Hospital, Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Qiingdao University and Department of Urology, underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor tissue samples from 110 cases of patients with tumor. Postoperative tumor margins were pathologically diagnosed as non muscle invasive bladder transitional cell carcinoma. According to TNM staging, grading according to the WHO classification standard of urinary system tumor. There were 68 cases with stage Ta, 42 cases of stage T1; low malignant potential(PUNLMP) in 20 cases, 61 cases of low grade(LG), high level(HG) in 29 cases. The patients were not receiving preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other anticancer treatment, outpatient and telephone follow-up of patients with postoperative recurrence, postoperative data collection. Results: 110 cases were positive expression of PTEN was 90%, the positive expression of Np63 83.6%, the positive expression of Ki-67 83.6%. Correlation analysis showed that the expression of PTEN in the T1 period, less high grade tumors, and tumor staging, grading was negatively correlated(P < 0.05), the expression of Np63 in T1 phase, the high level of tumor, and tumor stage, grade was positively correlated(P < 0.05), the expression of Ki-67 in T1 phase, high the level of tumor significantly, and tumor stage, grade was positively correlated(P < 0.05). Survival analysis showed that the expression of the bladder cancer recurrence interval and Np63 and Ki-67 were significantly correlated(P < 0.05), while there was no significant correlation between the expression of PTEN(P>0.05). The expression of Ki-67 was positively correlated with the expression of Np63,and was negatively correlated with the PTEN(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The combined detection of the expression of PTEN, Np63 and Ki-67 could clearly non muscle invasive bladder transitional cell cancer biological behavior and provide the basis for the judgement of tumor recurrence after operation. |
