Background:Bladder cancer is a common malignant tumor of the human urinary system, and its incidence in the male genitourinary tumors after prostate cancer, male incidence rate is about3-4times that of women. And the recurrence rate as high as55%to85%, the diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer, the prognosis has aroused great attention. About3%of all malignant tumors, the majority of bladder cancer, accounting for90%of all bladder tumors, approximately70%of the TCC in the initial issuance of the well-differentiated, superficial tumors. In recent years, with in-depth study of the pathogenesis of bladder tumors, many tumor markers have been found in the prognosis for bladder cancer, but there is hardly any single marker for clinical routine use. Objective:To investigate the Δ Np63and high mobility group protein A2(HMGA2) expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissue and its significance, and to analyze its clinical and pathological features and their recurrence relations.Methods:33cases between2010to2011with complete clinical information, confirmed by surgery were followed up for bladder cancer patients.RT-PCR and SP immunohistochemical staining method to detect Δ Np63and HMGA2expression in bladder cancer and pathological grading, staging and prognosis were analyzed.Results:33bladder cancer specimens, Δ Np63and HMGA2expression rate were72.72%(24/33)48.48%(16/33), expressed in normal bladder mucosa was16.66%(2/12).8.33%(1/11). which can be drawn, Δ Np63and HMGA2positive expression rate of bladder cancer was significantly higher than the normal bladder mucosa (P<0.05), Δ Np63and HMGA2in a low level in the TCCB positive expression rate100%(11/11)81.82%(9/11), at high level in the TCCB positive expression rate of59.09%(13/22),31.81(7/22) in the superficial TCCB positive expression rate50.00%(12/6),16.67%(2/12) in the invasion of the TCCB the positive expression rate was85.71%(18/21),66.67%(14/21). Δ Np63and HMGA2in poorly differentiated invasive cancer tissues, the positive expression rate was significantly higher than well:differentiated. superficial cancer tissues, the expression between the two markers in bladder cancer, pathological grade and clinical stage with statistical significance (P<0.05).33cases of bladder cancer patients,10cases of recurrence, Δ Np63and HMGA2in the positive expression rate of recurrence, significant higher than the early cases (P<0.05). The Spearman rank correlation analysis to compare the two markers, Δ Np63and HMGA2was positively correlated, rs’.458, were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Δ Np63and HMGA2positive expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and bladder transitional cell carcinoma of clinical stage and histological grade significantly. Reduce the degree of differentiation with the bladder cancer as well as an increase in the degree of invasion increased. The difference was statistically significant. Δ Np63and the positive expression of HMGA2in the recurrence of bladder cancer is higher than that in primary bladder cancer, is closely related to the prognosis of bladder cancer. Δ Np63and HMGA2in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer may have a mutual synergistic effect. The joint detection Δ Np63and the HMGA2many tumor markers can better determine the prognosis of bladder cancer.
