Dynamic Changes Of Pituitrin Combined With Procalcitonin In Serum Of Patients With Acute Pancreatitis And Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To explore the expression of IMD in the serum of rats with different extent of acute pancreatitis,and to study the early prediction of the IMD for the the rats with acute pancreatitisMethods: One hundred and twenty male SD rats were randomly allocated into four groups: normal control group(NS group,n=30),mild acute pancreatitis group(MAP group;n=30),severe acute pancreatitis group(SAP group;n=30),and SAP+Ulinastatin group(SAP+UTI group;n=30).After the operation of inducing acute pancreatitis with Sodium taurocholate hydrate,theratswerekilledatthe3 hours,6hoursand12 hourspectively.At the same time,the changes of the IMD in the serum were determined with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and pancreatic tissues were given pathological scores and immunohistochemistry scores.Results :Compared with NS Group group,the expression of IMD in the serum of MAP group 、SAP group and SAP+Ulinastatin group decreased Significantly(F=2.062,P<0.05);Comparedwiththe SAPgroup,the MAPgroup increased a little and Compared with the SAP group, the SAP+Ulinastatin groupincreasedalittle;Theexpressionof IMDintheserumof MAPgroup 、SAP group and SAP+Ulinastatin group decreased with the the extension of time。Compared with NS Group group,the pathological scores of MAP group 、SAP group and SAP+Ulinastatin group increased Significantly(F=14.152,P<0.05), with the aggravation of the severity of acute pancreatitis 。The pathologicalscoresincreasedwiththe theextension of time; Negative correlation existed between the dates of IMD in the serum and the pathological scores in the MAP group at 3h、6h and 12 h r3=-0.637,P<0.05; r6=-0.375,P<0.05;r12=0.261,P<0.05).Negative correlation existed between the dates of IMD in the serum and the pathological scores in the SAP group at 3h、6h and 12h(r3=-0.52,P<0.05r6=-0.17,P<0.05;r12=-0.03,P<0.05).The results of immunohistochemistry indincated that the IMD is expressed in the rats pancreatic tissues。Conclusoin IMD may have a protective effect on the pancreatic tissue;It indeed has some value in early diagnosis of the rats with acute pancreatitis0bjective:Toexplorethechanges of IMDand PCT intheserumof Patients with acute pancreatitis,and to study the Clinical significance for the acute pancreatitis Patients.Methods: According to the guidelines for the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, Patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into mild pancreatitis group(MAP group, n=60)and severe acute pancreatitis group(SAP group,n=30).To detect the serum IMD and PCT of the MAP groups and SAP groups patients after they spent 24h、48h、72h and7 days in the hospital; At the same time,the patients would be given an APACHE II scores when the patients were admitted within 24 hours;The healthy people at the same time would be regarded as the normal control groups(NS group,n=30). Study the changes and differences of serum IMD and PCT between the groups and different times.To study the correlation analysis of the serum IMD and PCT,the Serum IMD and APACHE II score、the serum PCT and APACHE II score.Results: The content of serum PCT increased with time passed away;The content of serum PCT of SAP Groups is bigger than MAP groups,the differences were Significant( p<0.05); The content of serum IMD decreased with time passed away;The content of serum PCT of MAP Groups is bigger than SAP groups,the differences were Significant( p<0.05).The negative correlation of serum IMD content and PCT existed, it has a certain value for diagnosis of acute pancreas(rs<0,p<0.05);The negative correlation of serum IMD and APACHE II score between SAP grous and MAP grous. The Positive correlation of serum PCT and APACHE II score existed(rs(0,p<0.05).Conclusoin :The serum levels of IMD, PCT can be used as the early diagnosis of acute pancreatiti,it also has certain value for the early diagnosis of severe pancreatitis.
