Compared with Model group, treatment groups sperm density also have improved, is still in Yiqi fuyuan group, for the most, followed by L-carnitine group, the two independent samples t test, had statistical significance (P< 0.05); Exceed the Maizhiling group compared with Model group, there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1. Traditional building method (Saypol method) would be able to complete the varicocele pathological model of rats, the success rate is higher.
