| Objective:Aims to treat Osteoporosis with Liver-kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome by using the Chinese medical Zuogui pill addition and subtraction joint calcium supplement, compared with the standard treatment of western medicine.some sensitive biochemical indicators which reflecting bone metabolism and some internationally recognized assessment methods to analyse the recent clinical effects before and after treatment with a kind of objective and scientific attitude. Analyse the therapeutic effect of Zuogui pill addition and subtraction joint calcium supplement for the treatment of Osteoporosis with Liver-kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome. Prove the effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of Osteoporosis.Methods:Chosen 34 patients whose TCM syndrome type were Liver-kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome in the 67 patients who were diagnosed with osteoporosis in our hospital during July 2013 to May 2014 by using the into and exclusion criteria. Through the method of randomized, the 34 patients have been divided into 2 groups, the experimental group and the control group of 17 cases. The patients in experimental group treated with Zuogui pill addition and subtraction joint calcium for treatment and the patients in control group treated with the standard treatment of western medicine for treatment. Two groups of patients should be prescribed by a doctor to make the appropriate physical activity every day and their clinical effects should be analyzed after five months. During the treatment, all of the patients should be regular followed-up and viewed and ruled out according to the standard suspension. After the end of treatment, find out the changes of two groups of patients’clinical symptoms, signs, bone mineral density, biochemical indexes of bone metabolism and function of liver and kidney before and after treatment., and evaluate the therapeutic effect based on the statistical analysis of them.Resuits:Taking Zuogui pill addition and subtraction joint calcium for treatment of experimental group patients, the clinical efficacy of the total effective rate was 88.2%, control group patients taking standard treatment of western medicine, clinical curative effect of the total effective rate was 82.4%. The two groups of cases after drug treatment the total effective rate of chi-square test, P> 0.05 shows two group total effective rate have no significant difference;But the (cured+ effective) rate of two groups after chi-square test, P< 0.05, with significant difference shows that the experimental group was better than control group, which use the Zuogui pill addition and subtraction joint calcium for treatment of Osteoporosis with Liver-kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome has obvious curative effect. On two groups of cases bone pain score comparison before and after treatment, P< 0.01, with significant difference; Two groups of bone pain score decreased the difference comparison, P< 0.01, also have significant difference; That the Zuogui pill addition and subtraction joint calcium for treatment of Osteoporosis with Liver-kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome bone pain symptoms improved better than the control group. On two groups of cases to compare the main symptoms and signs before and after the treatment, the treatment group and control group were improved, P< 0.05, which indicates that the experimental drug for Osteoporosis with Liver-kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome, clinical symptoms and signs improved effect is better than the control group. Comparing on bone mineral density, and the experimental group and control group after treatment in patients with bone mineral density increased, the experimental group is better than that of control group, showed that Zuogui pill addition and subtraction joint calcium for treatment of Osteoporosis with Liver-kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome bone mass to improve is better than the control group. On two groups of cases before and after treatment the serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, urinary calcium/creatinine ratio compares the change of urine, two groups of cases before and after treatment the serum calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase were no obvious changes, but the urine calcium/creatinine ratio than before treatment were significantly lower (P< 0.01), there was no significant difference between experimental group and control group (P> 0.05), shows that two groups of drugs on Osteoporosis with Liver-kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome have obvious reduce urinary calcium removal, improve metabolism. Two groups of patients with liver and kidney function, all of the patients before and after treatment there were no obvious abnormal liver and kidney function.Conclusion:The Zuogui pill addition and subtraction joint calcium and the standard treatment of western medicine for Osteoporosis with Liver-kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome has obvious curative effect. At ease patients’clinical symptoms and signs and improving patient discomfort, relieve the degree of patients with bone pain, improve bone mineral density, etc. In patients with Zuogui pill addition and subtraction joint calcium treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is better than pure western medicine treatment plan. The reason for this may be related to the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treats and etiology and pathogenesis of Osteoporosis with Liver-kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome know about. Two groups of patients with no obvious abnormality in liver and kidney function before and after medication, drug use are safe and effective. The Zuogui pill addition and subtraction joint calcium treatment can yet be regarded as a good treatment.
