| Objective:This study mainly through a comparative study, to explore the clinical observation of the auto elastic thread ligator for hemorrhoids (RPH-4) combined with the Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:60 cases in Anorectal of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Sichuan Province meet the criteria of mixed hemorrhoid between October 2014 and October 2015, were randomly divided into 30 subjects and 30 people in the control group.30 patients in the experimental group were treated with the auto elastic thread ligator for hemorrhoids (RPH-4) combined with the Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidect-omy, the control group of 30 patients were treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. The operative time, incision numbers, complications, safty and relapse were observed during the therapeutic process and comparison were conducted between the two groups. The statistical software SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the results, with the level a=0.05 for bilateral inspection. Results:The operative time, incision numbers, complications, postoperative bleeding symptoms in 24 hours and during the 1th to 7th days and during the 7th to 14th days, defecation pain on the day of surgery and the first time of defecation after surgery and the relapse in the follow-up half year were obviously superior to the control group, there are significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05). Postoperative bleeding symptoms during the 14th to 21th days after surgery were decreased compared with preoperative state, there are significant difference (p<0.05). Postoperative bleeding symptoms during the 14th to 21th days, anal pain on the 7th day, anal dedma, trouble urinating after operation and the first poop have no statistical differences in two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical observation of the auto elastic thread ligator for hemorrhoids (RPH-4) combined with the Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid is a safe and effective method has many advantages, such as shorter operative time, less incision numbers, little postoperative bleeding, pains and fewer recurring patients. These advantages accord with the minimally invasive and painless concept and individualized treatment concept. It worthy clinical popularizati-on and application. |
