Mixed Hemorrhoids PPH Surgery And Milligan Morgan Surgery Clinical Observation

Objective Com Parative study on the clinical curative effect of PPH sta Pler cut sus Pension and Milligan Morgan in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Were randomly divided into group PPH and group MM,respectively PPH and Milligan Morgan operation.Methods A total of 60 patients were selected from March 2016 to March 2017 in the anorectal Department of Anhui province.All patients were followed up after operation.The clinical efficacy,postoperative complications,postoperative anorectal dynamics,postoperative pelvic floor function,postoperative recovery time and long-term recurrence rate were compared and analyzed.Results The results of the study showed that the statistical results of the PPH group and the MM group in the clinical efficacy of the operation were P>0.05,with no statistical difference.Group PPH was superior to group MM in postoperative pain and postoperative recovery time.The statistical results of the two groups were P<0.05,with statistical significance.The anus distention score of patients after PPH was more than that of MM after operation.There was a statistical difference between the two groups in the postoperative anus distention score(P<0.05),and the group MM was the dominant group.There was no statistical difference in the comparison of postoperative anal stenosis,P>0.05.The pelvic floor electromyography index in group PPH was better than that in group MM(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in postoperative bleeding and anorectal manometry data compared with group MM,P>0.05.The long-term recurrence rate of group PPH was significantly higher than that in group MM,with statistical difference(P<0.05).ConclusionGroup PPH,compared with group MM,significantly alleviated pain in the postoperative patients and decreased the damage to pelvic floor muscle function.However,compared with the MM group,the PPH group had a higher post operation anal distention score,which may be related to the postoperative anastomotic inflammation and residual anastomosis after PPH.There was no difference between group PPH and group MM on postoperative bleeding.After PPH,the blood supply of the anal pad tissue can not be reduced to normal.It is inferred that the mechanism of the therapeutic action of blocking the blood supply of hemorrhoids should be further studied.Group PPH was easier to relapse than group MM.In the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,PPH and traditional Milligan compared advantage is not obvious,can be used as a supplementary mode of operation and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids,peeled from the outer edge of the traditional long-term effect may be more obvious.The two types of operation have their own advantages and disadvantages.In clinical application,we should combine the specific conditions of the patients,grasp the indications,and choose the most suitable operation.
