Objective:The thesis is mainly based on the recent treatment of allergic rhinitis (Qi deficiency and blood stasis)by the Likemin nasal spray, plus examine the uLTD4 by the means of ELIS A method, to do a reserch on the change of content of uLTD4, and to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine "Yiqi Huoxue"external treatment to allergic rhinitis, to further clarify the meaning of the TCM External Treatment,which can also be called the internal treatment", and enrich the theories of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:This study included 53 cases of allergic rhinitis patients,who met the studying criteria,and divided them into treatment group and comparison group at random. Of these two groups,26 cases were in the treatment group, and the rest cases lied in the comparison group. The treatment group members was treated by Chinese medicine nasal spray of Likemin,(which were provided by Department of pharmaceutical preparation in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM), 2 times a day, and each nasal with 2 spray; western medicine external treatment members were treated by the Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray; 1 times a day, and each nasal with 2 spray;2 groups will last 3 weeks’treatment, And 4 weeks’ followed up.that the whole treatment was 7 weeks. During the treatment and the follow-up,the two groups were observed and recorded nasal symptoms, signs,integral change and adverse reactions. Morning urine(10 ml) was collected at the beginning of the treatment, the end of treatment and follow-up. (20 cases from the treatment group were obtained three samples successfully, while 15 cases from the comparison group made it).After centrifugal corrosion,5 ml was stored in -80℃ refrigerator.Examine the detection of urinary leukotriene D4 by ELIS A method. Use SPSS 17.0 to give its statistical processing and analysis of all data.Results:(1) There were 53 patients in total, while 1 of them fell off.26 patients in the treatment group,1 fell off, while 27 in the control group, none fell off. (2)The baseline of the treatment group and control group were almost alined (P>0.05), thus the two group were comparable. (3) Two groups patients for 3 weeks, signs and symptoms integral p<0.05, the difference is statistically significant, and treatment with the control group total effective rate was 80% and 92.5% respectively.(4)After 4 weeks of follow-up, Watery secretions, turbinate swelling of treatment group and control group of sneezing, nasal itching all P< 0.05, the difference is statistically significant, and the treatment and control group total effective rate respectively was 88%ã€85%.(5) Before,3 weeks,4 weeks follow-up treatment, uLTD4 content is all p> 0.05, no statistically significant difference, and analysis uLTD4 with symptoms, signs, symptoms integral average, as the signs integral increased, urine LTD4 content also increased accordingly.Conclusion:1ã€3 weeks treatment, both groups can obviously improve the symptoms and signs; But the total curative effect, the control group is better than the treatment group, the effective rate respectively was 92.5%ã€80%.2〠After 4 weeks’follow-up, Treatment group recurrence rate is lower than the control group, that treatment group only Watery secretions,recurrence or get worse, but the control group, the sneezing and nasal itching symptom recurrence or significantly increase somewhat, the treatment group reduced turbinate swelling degree signs, while the control group showed no improvement; And the total curative effect treatment group was slightly better than the control group, respectively was 88% and 85%.3〠symptoms, signs integral roughly and urinary LTD4 concentration were positively correlated, the levels of urinary LTD4 can be used as a predictor of clinical symptoms and signs, but its mechanism needs further studying.
