Saposhnikovia divaricata?Turcz.?Schisck is the dry root of unflowered Stem plant of Saposhnikovia divaricata?Turcz.?Schisck of Umbrella family.It has the function of relieving surface,dispelling wind,relieving spasmolysis,winning dampness,relieving surface,dispelling wind,relieving spasmolysis and winning dampness.The existing literature shows that there are more studies on the chemical constituents of windbreak and lesson endophytic fungi.In this paper,we studied the effect of Alternaria sp.On endophytic fungi.The chemical constituents and biological activity of secondary metabolites were studied.The structures of five compounds,4-Hydroxykigelin?1?,Terrein?2?,[?3s?-6,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-heterochromogen-1-one]?3?,racemosol?4?,O-methylorcinol?5?were isolated and identified by using modern chromatographic separation techniques and spectral analysis techniques?EI-MS,IR,UV,NMR,etal.?.All compounds were isolated from endophytic fungi for the first time.The results showed that the inhibitory rates of compounds?1?,?2?and?3?on ADA enzyme were 84.3%,72.4%and 65.9%,respectively.Polygonum is an annual or perennial herb of the genus?Polygonaceae?of Polygonaceae,?Polygonum aviculare L.?.The dry part of the ground.Its whole herb into medicine,with clear heat diuresis,detoxification,insect repellent,anti-inflammation,anti-diarrhoea and other efficacy.In this paper,the chemical constituents and biological activities of Polygonatum officinalis From Dingxi,Gansu Province were studied.The structures of five compounds,quercetin?6?,quercetin-3-O-mannose?7?,walnut?8?,Glycoside?9?,quercitrin?10?were isolated and identified by modern chromatography and spectral analysis techniques?EI-MS,IR,UV,NMR,et al.?.The results showed that the inhibitory rates of compounds?6?,?8?and?9?on ADA enzyme were 89.7%,71.8%and 66.3%,respectively.At the same time,the antioxidant activity of ethanol extract,petroleum ether extract,ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract were studied by DPPH free radical scavenging activity,hydroxyl radical scavenging activity and total reducing force.The results showed that ethyl acetate extract had good antioxidant activity,the EC₅₀ of ethyl acetate extract to DPPH radical was 5.932mg/ml,and the EC₅₀ of p-hydroxyl radical was 4.831mg/ml.Notopterygium franchetii H.de Boiss belongs to Umbelliferae,Notopteryg ium and is a perennial herb endemic to China.Notopterygium Notopterygii is a traditional Chinese medicine used in Chinese,Tibetan and Qiang medicine systems,and its medicinal history is long and widely used.In this paper,the chemical constituents of Notopterygium yunnanensis were studied by modern chromatography and spectral analysis techniques?EI-MS,IR,UV,NMR,etal.?.Nine compounds were isolated and identified as sosterol?11?,isoimperatorin,and so on.Feruloyl phenethyl ester?13?,coral lactone?14?,anthocyanin?15?,hydrous oxidized preHu?16?,Bergaptol-O-?-D-glucopyranoside?17?,purpura preglycoside?18?,6?-O-trans-feruloyl violet preanthocyanidin?19?.The chemical constituents of Notopterygium franchetii H.de Boiss were determined by Oxford cup method.isoimperatorin?12?,feruloyl phenethyl ester?13?,coralolactone?14?,purpurine?18?against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus Aureus,Streptococcus pneumoniau,Bacillus licheniformis And Pseudomonas A eruginosa were studied.The results showed that the four compounds had certa in antibacterial activity against the five tested bacteria.
