Establishment Of Modern Literature Database Of Perimenopausal Syndrome And Study On The Law Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment

Peri-menopausal syndrome is one of the most common gynecological diseases, of which incidence increases year by year. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the disease is caused by deficiency of the kidney, and also refers to the liver, spleen, heart,qi, blood,Chong and Ren merifians.When a women comes to her postmenopausal, the qi of kidney is gradually declining, together with Chong and Ren meridians deficiency, Tiangui drying up, insufficient blood, yin and yang unbalance, resulting in dysfunction of various organs. And then a series of peri-menopause syndrome is showing up.The thesis shows the rule of formula-making for patientes suffering from perimenopausal syndrome, using the method of literature research combined with database analysis of statistical results.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part reviews the general situation of modern TCM treatment of this disease from definition, pathogenesis and treatment etc. in recent years.The second part is based on the theoretical research.In order to use the computer to help to analyze the rule of formula-making,Syndrome-summerizing and treatment-using of this disease, we have collected a large number of information on modern TCM treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, using Microsoft Access 2007, and set up a modern literature database of peri-menopausal syndrome. It principly standardizes the clinical data, and provides the necessary information to analyze the therapeutical rule for peri-menopausal syndrome, using its easily, quickly, also irreplaceable searching method. In regard to the construction and application methods of this database, the author separately expatiates on the database construction, data collection and processing, database application and inquiries. The author focused on introducing the database query because it is the main function, also giving an example to explain. In the third part, the author used database to statistical analysis the collected modern literatures of perimenopausal syndrome separately from the basic situation, syndrome, location, medication and prescriptions etc. On the basis of objective data, the author studied on the rule of formula-making of perimenopausal syndrome.Partâ…£is divided into conclusions and discussion. The author used the modern literature and prescriptions as the research data to set up a modern literature database of peri-menopausal syndrome, which is convenient and propitious to the information accumulation and clinical research. This database provides a software system which helps to inquire about peri-menopausal syndrome and its prescription from all aspects. Through statistical analysis results of perimenopausal syndrome provided by the database, the author has found several common syndromes and the major lacations of this disease(kidney, liver, heart and spleen). And also summed up the common syndromes, prescription rule and several common used drugs. Meanwhile, the author summarized some classic prescriptions for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, which provides a set of formula-making and drugs-using thought for clinical perimenopausal syndrome.
