It was also play and innovation the existing theories in the context of their specific knowledge. Therefore, study the composing principle of formulae is an effective way to explore the syndrome differentiation theory of traditional Chinese and conclude the doctor's academic thought. Medical record is the text of Chinese doctors diagnosis and treatment of diseases, which reflecting the doctors clinical experience. So it is important to discuss the composing principle of the formulae used in apoplexy from the medical record, which would make sense in summing up the doctor's experience, directing the clinical using of formulae as well as increasing the clinical effect.It is a blank field to in-depth summary, analysis, investigation the apoplexy medical record and approach the composing principle of formulae in the Ming Yi Lei An, Xu Ming Yi Lei An, Er Xu Ming Yi Lei An, So this study started with the apoplexy medical record in these three books, with the help of computer and statistical methods, analyzing and exploring the composing principle of formulae which can treat apoplexy, aimed at consummate the composing formula way and the clinical curative effect.The dissertation is composed of four parts.The first part is literature summary, the advantage and shortage were found out though the study of apoplexy etiology, sent to drug research, apoplexy medical record, database system and statistical methods in the apoplexy field in the past 10 years, background knowledge was provided for this topic.The second part focuses on establishment and application of apoplexy medical records proprietary database. It was expatiated form three parts: database design, the collection and disposal of the date and the usage of database. According to the criteria of selecting cases we connected a lot of archaic case history and the formula information, with the help of Microsoft Access 2003, Java, Apache Tomcat software, and using web form we build up a fully functional, convenient"formulae database of apoplexy medical record", which provided a necessary data of the composing principle of formulae on apoplexy medical record through indispensable convenient and quick methods of database and data statistic methods.In the third part we used the modern information technology to digitize the apoplexy patient information. We constructed the corresponding database, established inquiries application system using information processing methods, and then, analysis the apoplexy medical record's information collected by the database statistic from many aspects, such as basic data, prescription, drugs, the type certification. Basis of these objective data we conduct an in-depth study of composing principle of formulae used in apoplexy.The fourth part is results and discussion.Background on the combination of apoplexy cases in the three books of Ming Yi Lei An, the doctor's discussion and famous prescription book, through multi-angle analyzing those data we build up a"formulae database of apoplexy medical record", which provides people with a software retrieving the apoplexy medical record and formula information from multiple perspectives.We got 6 kinds of common syndromes on apoplexy and representative formulae, 30 kinds of"common used herbs"through the statistic analysis results provided by the database, meanwhile, we got the composing principles of formulae used in the apoplexy in terms of strength with softness, deoppilation and moist; Adjusting the functional activities of vital energy, promoting flow of qi and blood; reinforcing and reducing, supporting healthy energy to eliminate evils. Finally expand the thoughts of composing formula and using medicine way referential for treating apoplexy in the clinic.
