| The composing principle of formulae is the quintessence of formulae theory, and it is also one of the focal points of formulae research. It is beneficial for finding such a formula right for the diseases through the deep study of a series of formulae for one kind of diseases and what's more, it would make sense in directing the clinic using of formulae as well as increasing the clinical effect. With the help of computer, the study of the composing principle of formulae will get strong technical support. The composing principle of formulae which can treat liver diseases was explored through summarizing literature and analyzing database statistic results. The dissertation is composed of five parts. The first part is literature summary. The advantage and shortage were found out through the study of current database system and statistic analysis method used in Chinese medicine area, and the background knowledge was provided for choosing database software and dealing with the data which are needed for this topic. The second part traces the history of formulae theory on liver diseases of TCM, including three parts: the analysis of physiology and pathology of liver; the conception and connotation of liver diseases in TCM and the headstream history for composing principle of past formulae on liver diseases. The study of literature and the analysis of conception are important theoretic matting for the next step of the dissertation. On the basis of the theoretic study in the second part, we connect a lot of archaic case history and the formula information in order to use the computer to help analyze the composing principle of formulae on liver diseases deeply. With the help of Microsoft Access 2000 system software, we build up a " archaic liver diseases formulae database " ,made a standard and basic disposal and analysis for the clinic database signal and provided a necessary data for the composing principle of formulae on liver diseases through indispensable convenient and quick methods of database and data statistic methods. The third part is expatiated from three aspects on the construction of database and application means: the construction of database, the collection and disposal of the date and the search and usage of database. the construction 英文摘要 3of database and application means. The fourth part is a statistic analysis according to the database on liver diseases cases collected, which makes statistic analysis from the basic situation of the data, the formulae on liver diseases and the use of the medicine. The principle of the construction of the formulae on liver diseases have been deeply studied and discussed on the base of objective data. The fifth part is conclusion and discussion. We trimmed and signed the correlated information from studying the archaic case history and formula used. A "archaic liver diseases formulae database" which is used conveniently and beneficial for accumulating data and clinic study was established. A software from which one can search information about liver diseases and case history from several angles was provide for the researcher and user. We've got 22 kind of common syndromes on liver disease and representative formulae, 12 "central formulae" which can treat liver diseases and 37 kind of "common used herbs" through the statistic analysis results of liver diseases formula provided by the database, meanwhile, we analyzed the composing of liver disease formulae and using principle, provided a set of composing formula and using medicine way referential for treating liver diseases in the clinic. |
