Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction (Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Recovery Stage By Huayu Tongluo Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency and safety of Huayu Tongluofang on treating cerebral infarction recovery (The synd- rome of blood stasis to hinder collaterals),To provide scientific bases for clinical treatment.Methods:60 case of patients with cerebral infarction recovery (The synd- rome of blood stasis to hinder collaterals) from 2007.6 to 2007.11 were selected and divided into two groups randomly (treatment group and control group), and treated with Huayu Tongluofang and naodeshengwan respectively for 4 weeks. It was designed to observe the changes of neurologic impairment scores, stroke scores, hemorheology targets. Adverse reaction was also obversed.Results:1 The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 90.0% and 86.7% respectively, there was no statistical different between the two groups(P>0.05). However, The significantly effective rate of two groups were 63.3% and 36.7% respectively. The difference between two groups was statistical significance (p<0.05). The significantly effective rate of treatment group urpassed that of control group.2 The improvement of stroke scores in treatment group, was better than that in control group, The difference between two groups was statistical significance (p<0.05).3 The improvement of neurologic impairment scores in treatment group is statistical significance, But the difference between two groups was no statistical significance (p>0.05).4 The improvement of hemorheology targets in treatment group, especially of pissma viscosity and fibrinogen, was better than that in control group. The difference between groups was statistical significance(p<0.05).5 In the course of treatment, no adverse reaction was been found in both.Conclusions:Huayu Tongluofang is a effective prescription to the patient with cerebral infarction recovery (The synd- rome of blood stasis to hinder collaterals).
