| Objective：To study the curative effect of recovery stage of ischemic apoplexy withqi-insufficicncy and blood stasis treated by Qidan Huayu Fang (QDHYF).Meyhods: We selected30cases recovery stage of ischemic apoplexy patients, takenof QDHYF, comparing with30cases of taking nao xin tong capsule, observing theneurological deficit score and ability of daily life and syndromes qi-insufficicncy andblood stasis of TCM, changes of blood and plasma viscosity, the level of blood CRP.Results：QDHYF can relieve obviously neurological deficit score,improve ability ofdaily life,relieve the score of syndrome qi-insufficicncy and blood stasis, decrease bloodand plasma viscosity, decrease blood CRP.Conclusion：1. QDHYF is obviously effective on treatment of recovery stage ofCerebral Infarction with syndrome qi-insufficicncy and blood stasis.2. QDHYF can relieveobviously neurological deficit score, improve ability of daily life, relieve the score ofsyndrome qi-insufficicncy and blood stasis, decrease blood and plasma viscosity, reducedblood CRP level also. |
