Long-term pursuit of pig lean performance and production leads to a decline in disease resistance. Genetic improvement of the ability of pig disease resistance can solve this problem. Therefore, breeding for disease resistance has become one of the important area in pig breeding.Blood parameters are common immune parameters, it is affected by genetic and environmental effects and can reflect the herd's resistance to disease. This study established a Yorkshire resource population. Blood parameters were measured, genotyping of BCL10 was conducted. Association analysis of BCL10 polymorphisms with blood parameters was investigated. The results are as follows:(1) A Large White pig resource population was established, including 17 boars,59 sows and 658 piglets with complete pedigree information. Records of production traits and disease phenotypes were recorded. Genomic DNA was extracted, and blood was measured by five categories for 473 piglets.(2) According to the records of health and diseases, through bio-statistical method the blood parameters of health standards was established.(3) 473 pigs in the blood parameters were analyzed. Correlation coefficients of various blood parameters were calculated. The biggest trait correlation coefficient is between the mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and large platelet ratio (PLCR) (<0.05), correlation coefficient of 0.9723; the negative correlation coefficient ratio of the two traits as lymphocytes (LYMPH%) and the percentage of basophils (BASO%) (<0.05), a correlation coefficient of 0.8672.(4) HinplI-PCR-RFLP was used to test an experimental herd of the BCL10 gene exon 3 site 144, T>C loci polymorphism. T allele was dominant (54.5%), testing showed that the genotype has deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The BCL10 gene polymorphism is associated with a preliminary analysis of blood parameters. The initial discovery of the SNP and the white blood cell count was significantly associated (P <0.01), lymphocyte count was significantly correlated (P<0.05)(5) A SVM model was established based on early prediction of the health and disease status, we found platelet ratio (plcr), mean platelet volume (mpv), hematocrit (hct), neutral cell ratio (neut%) in 11 blood parameters can be used as indicators of early prediction of disease.
